Guess I shouldn't have been suppressed. People have been complaining about this location for years (according to the reviews). And evidently these guys don't care because then never respond to a single comment. As a business owner I can tell you that responding to these comments is paramount to keeping your doors open.
No hot and ready so as long as I have to order, try something different. Bad idea. I find it unfathomable that their systems can't trade toppings on a pizza. Take off topping "a" and put on topping "b" really isn't that difficult of a task. But, nope these guys have to charge me 2 bucks for each topping I trade out. Seriously??? Couldn't ring it up as just the pizza then verbally give the special instructions? Oh no, that would be too obvious of a solution. Why is it that ONLY Little Sleezers has a problem with this concept. Any other pizza joint says "no problem..." To make matters worse the "manager" was very unapologetic. "nope, that's the way the system works there's nothing I can do". Well, actually there is something you can do but you choose not to. Then to add insult to injurie, When the worker was taking my pizza out of the pan he ripped it in half, got cheese all over the spatula so that several slices stuck to the box. He handed them to me, no apology, no explanation at all, he just pretended like it didn't happen. Been going to Little Caesars for years, after reading these reviews, it's the last time I...
Read moreI have always enjoyed Little Caesars Pizza in many Tucson locations. However, this location is the worst pizza I have ever had. Other service in other locations have been excellent, This location is by far the worst I have ever encountered, very slow, employees's don't seem to care whether or not the customer is happy, the dough seemed very old, and as I watched an employee put the dough in the dough press machine it flipped over to the back of the machine where it didn't look like a place they even clean, she just picked it up and put it back in to the feeder. I drive a longer distance to the location on 22nd. & Kolb where I can get outstanding service. I live only 5 Minuets from your store and I drive 20 Minuets to the other one. The "Hot & Ready" is never "Hot & Ready" as well at the Harrison location. I had not purchased any pizza's from that store in about three months and returned just to see if anything had changed. Nope, it was worse. The employees always have an excuse when I have complained to them, that they have new management, they are now changing and invited me back again, etc, etc. I have friends that do the same as I do, We go to another location where they always have pizza's and...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas online at 608pm. Confirmation email stated my order would be ready about 628pm. A few moments later, got an email stating that the order was ready. Drove to store, put in my three digit pin....portal door opened....no pizza. Asked the cashier where my order was, said it was not ready. Showed him the email, he said 'yeah, well it's not ready'. He asked the manger, was told it should be 10 minutes. While waiting, I noted that there were only 2 pizzas in the "Hot & Ready" oven. Those were soon gone, and the oven remained empty until 633pm. Why offer a "Hot & Ready" deal if you can't accommodate your customers. By this time, the original ready time has already expired. At 637pm, my pizzas are finally ready. I spoke with the manger, who acknowledged the problem with the website sending messages that orders are ready when they're not. "There's nothing we can do about it" There are thousands of unemployed programmers/designers in the U.S., who could certainly correct this issue. Perhaps Little Caesars should start looking at replacing their programmers with competent candidates from the...
