Dear Papa John's Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your restaurant, specifically concerning the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Damian, the manager on duty. I placed an order with Papa John's at [Order Time] on [Date], and I was informed by Damian that my pizza would be ready in 30-40 minutes. However, I waited for a staggering 50 minutes, well beyond the promised timeframe, and still, my order had not arrived. Upon realizing the delay, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, Damian's response was far from friendly or helpful. Instead of offering a solution or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience, I was met with snarky and disrespectful remarks. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer-oriented service that I encountered. Clear communication is vital in customer service, and the failure to meet the promised delivery time without any updates or explanations is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, Damian's attitude during our phone call only exacerbated the issue. Customer service representatives should be trained to handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and a willingness to resolve problems, rather than responding with rudeness and snark. I hope you understand the frustration and disappointment I feel as a loyal customer of Papa John's. I believe it is important to address such instances promptly to ensure that other customers do not face similar negative experiences in the future. I expect a higher standard of service from a reputable establishment like Papa John's. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I believe it is important for the management and staff to undergo training on effective communication, customer service, and professionalism to prevent such incidents from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in the service quality of your restaurant...
Read moreWhere do I begin. I have been coming to this location for 6 months to avoid the 22nd and wilmot location and this one is going down hill too. Tonight I go in for a pick up order i had called in 20-25 mins prior. They say ots another 5-7 mins after they take my cash. I notice when the casher takes my cash he is very dirty and floury so I start to pay attention very closely. Terrible food handling and food safety. The manager yells to make sure you double and triple check orders. Says it a few times the 15-20 mins I wait. Now I know my pizzas were given out to another customer. Nothing said to me no compensation. Now once I pay the cashier goes back to making pizzas without washing his hands! The lady I believe is the manager (the one who was calling out about double and triple checking orders) was going from making pizzas to wiping her hands on her filthy jeans to using her phone in front of customer view and back to making pizzas without washing her hands. When I first came in there was a third gentleman making pizzas. Im now told 10 min in its another 5 mins. This is on top of my original 20-25 min order time. A customer comes in right before my food comes out ( after about 20 additional mins and a total of about 45 mins of waiting) and this gentleman is taking the order and payment. At this point I realize hmm he was makng food now I'm watching close. He is rubbing his forgead touching his pants his hat his forhead again . Can you guess where he went as I was leaving? Rigjt back to making pizzas without washing his hands. There are no gloves used by any of these 3 employees either. Very disgusting not to mention the 45 min total wait no...
Read moreIt's really sad what has happened to so many companies. We just finished a long road trip and decided pizza was the way to go. We ordered the pizza on our way into town an hour before we got home. Unfortunately an hours notice wasn't enough to ensure we got it on time. It was almost 40 min late. This was not all papa John's fault they were only 10 min passed when I requested it be delivered. The rest of the problem came from they contract out to door dash. So that means they have zero control over when a driver picks it up or delivers it. Makes you wonder why you even put a time down. My driver appeared to have multiple stops so it took extra long to get my pizza. Lastly when it finally showed up it was wrong lol. The pizza gods must hate me because it was my wife's pizza that was messed up. Because of this I am stuck, do I call and complain, do I drive down there and get it fixed, or do I just deal with it. Due to the already late hour, the absurd time it takes to make the pizza, and the contracted out delivery service, we decided to just deal with it. You would think that paying $57 bucks for pizza and $17 delivery and tip(you better tip good or no driver shows up lol) that you would get a good product. Unfortunately no one really cares any more. I am not writing this to tell you to avoid this location. I just needed to vent about how poor of a job corporate companies are doing with customer care and...
