We just moved to this area in town and noticed a magical taco truck within walking distance to our new home. Decided to stop in right as they opened and we're immediately greeted by the owner. So welcoming!! She walked us through the menu and checked in with us about our dietary preferences so she could make the best suggestions. While neither of us are vegan or vegetarian, it's nice to see the inclusivity for those that are.

The quesabirria tacos were phenomenal! Hot, great cheese pull, crispy in the right places, packed full of flavor. The consomé had little floaty bits of the birria and was piping hot to dip my taco into. Fresh onion, pickled onion and cilantro on the side. I nearly forgot I got the plate with rice and beans, which we a nice little treat to suddenly remember I had.

The whole meal was so good you do the little happy dance everytime you take a bite. Highly recommend coming stopping by this nice little spot. Can't wait to try all they...

This food truck is phenomenal. A wide variety of authentic mexican food. The ingredients are super fresh, for example I ordered fries and they took potatoes and chopped and fried them right there. I've ordered here several times from the Speedway and Houghton location since they popped up a while ago. There aren't many options on the east side for top shelf mexican food, and I just had to leave a review for this amazing little truck and it's crew. For me, the location is soooo convenient. But most importantly, everything I've tried on the menu so far has been excellent. The cook is truly an artist. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming and they speak perfect english. I look forward to trying the whole menu eventually as this has become our go-to for mexican...

First time going today and I realize I should have tried it a long time ago. I got the vegan Sonoran dog and two jackfruit tacos and it was perfect. I’m usually not big on a lot of different sauces, but each one they added to the hot dog was flavorful and combined perfectly without it being overpowering. The chile I added to the tacos was really good too. I drank the leftover chile I had from the tacos. It’s that fire !🔥 💣 and thank you for toasting the bun. One thing I can’t do is have a soggy dog, so they know what they’re doing! Will return very soon to get the same order. Oh! And the agua fresca was refreshing for that Arizona heat. Excited to go back again this week. Dont hesitate to drive there, it’s well...

I thought this taco truck was pretty decent, not great, but decent. Four stars for price, three for the food. Had the Barbacoa and Carna Asada tacos. Only $3 each. Barbacoa was pretty good (4 stars), asada was average. Came with a nice quantity of chopped onions, cabbage and cilantro, plus small portion of tomatillo sauce and lime. Really good lunch for $6. I will definately eat here again if I'm passing by at lunch. Note on my ratings: three stars is perfectly acceptable, four is a high quality place, and five is an outstanding value and quality. I give very few five star reviews.
