Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there seems to be some sort of issue, either with the food or with the service. Usually, I let it slide, but tonight’s experience was so frustrating that I felt it needed to be shared in hopes that corporate McDonald’s takes notice and addresses what’s clearly an ongoing problem at this location. I placed a simple mobile order for pickup through the drive-thru: a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal, a large fry, one large Coke, and one large Dr Pepper. When I arrived, I was told I would have to come inside to order. I explained multiple times that I had already ordered and paid through the app, but the employee kept repeating that I needed to come in to order and pay. Trying to clear up the confusion, I pulled forward to the window to speak directly with her, but she ignored me completely, standing there staring at the monitor for five full minutes. Eventually, I gave up and parked to go inside. Once in the lobby, there were no employees at the counter, and none made any effort to help the customers who had been redirected from the drive-thru. After waiting another five minutes, I finally managed to flag down an employee. At first, she also told me I had to order again inside, but once I showed her my mobile order, she finally understood. She mentioned that their monitor wasn’t showing mobile orders, which, fine, can happen, but that doesn’t explain the complete lack of communication or customer service from the rest of the team. Why didn’t the manager step up and have someone assist customers at the counter if the drive-thru system was down? Instead, staff ignored paying customers and created an incredibly frustrating experience for everyone waiting. Read moreI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at this McDonald's location. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but poor experiences here, and I feel it's important to share them so others are aware. The service is consistently poor, with a distinct lack of customer care. On every visit, I've encountered issues that go unaddressed. The food is routinely served at room temperature, which is incredibly disappointing and frankly, unappetizing. It's clear that the food is not being kept at the proper holding temperatures. Beyond the issues with the food itself, the customer service is severely lacking. There is a complete absence of apologies, even when mistakes are made or the wait times are excessive. Speaking of which, the wait times at this location are tremendous, adding to the frustration of an already poor experience. My most recent visit solidified my decision to no longer patronize this McDonald's. When attempting to address the issues with the manager, Sara (or what I was told she was called), I was met with indifference. She simply handed over the food without acknowledging my concerns and walked away as I tried to speak to her. This level of disregard for a customer's experience is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management and overall attitude at this location. Read moreI went tonight trying to order a cookie tote for my siblings and I and when I drove up no one was in the drive through the gal asked as usual will you be using your mobile app and the driver in my car replied yes and the girl replied “ be with you as soon as I can” in a rude voice my friend didn’t hear her and went to order and she then proceeded to raise her voice and said again “ I’ll be with you as soon as I can ! “ me and my friend both looked at each other and were kinda shocked. She then came back on and said what can I get you super passive aggressively. We asked how much he tote was and she gave us an around before tax then said we are only taking cash. And we got quiet and I pulled up my app and asked if she knew why my coupon wasn’t working she then said well you obviously need to make it a mobile order repeated it twice and seemed irritated. I got pissed off and left the drive through she was talking down to me like I was stupid I’ve never had this issue before using coupons and she refused to help me.
