McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucson

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a while when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s convenient and consistent.

Lately, they’ve started acting like sauces come out of their paycheck. I don’t care if I have to pay for them. I’ve been to other McDonald’s that charge for sauces in the app. This one doesn’t, but if you order extra sauces, they refuse to put them in, and you say something - they’ll tell you they charge for sauces.

UPDATE YOUR APP to reflect you charge for sauces and I’ll pay for them just like I do at other McDonald’s.

I even paid for 4 Chili Crisp sauces (they do charge for JUST that one for some reason) and I got one. I went back in and told the manager there, and he said he gave me 2 already but he’ll give me two more, and that he’d charge me for the other sauces. He also said “the amount of sauces you ordered is too much for a 20 ct nugget.” Why does he care what sauces I use? Is he getting a commission on unused sauces at the end of each month? Also - I ordered 3 fries (that’s what the sauces are for).

Again - I don’t care if I have to pay for sauces, just update the app for this location so I can do a curbside order and pay for 100 sauces if I want instead of having to go in and do it. Also, have some customer service skills and don’t tell me I’m “ordering too much sauces for the food I’m getting”. It doesn’t...

Its says online that they open at 5 am. It is now 5:20 and its still not open. I tried calling to see if maybe they just forgot to turn on the lights....no answer. Will not return for breakfast because I have now wasted time and gas on an early Sunday morning smh. Today is October 2nd 2016

01/21/18 10:49 pm Tried going here for so late night food since online it says they are open until 12. They had all the lights off, but I decided to go through the drive through anyway. The automated voice played, then a guy come on and said "welcome to Mcdonald's". I asked, " are you guys still open?" thinking maybe I read their hours wrong. I was answered with, "uhh, well what do you want? The fryers and grill are down for the night." I was there more than an hour before close. If my boss let me wrap up my day and hour early that would be the life. I bet the main boss...

Good, as usual, ha. Ordered the 20 piece nuggets, extra ranch and the were crispy and warm, like they were freshly fried. :) I'm sure everyone already knows about the McDonald's app, but just in case you don't, go download it now! The points for youpurchasing anything at McDonald's is automatically added on your app, even when u go thru the drive thru. Not only do you rack up points for free food, but you get daily specials on so much of everything they offer. Who wants to spend $3 n change for a large french fry when all you have to do is open the app, takes like 3 seconds to open, press thepicof what u want and a code comes up and you tell the drive thru the code and those same large french fries are now $1 buck!!!!
