Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! My experience ordering and receiving was quick and easy. But the food sucks ass and so does their customer service. My kids french fries weren't even warm. They left out the sauce for the nuggets. As well my basic cheeseburger was a good 30 minutes old. The bread and cheese was hard. When I called them 12 minutes after leaving the guy who answered lacked customer service. After being silent for a good 15 seconds after I explained everything to him, I had to ask him if he had anything to say. He had no solution or apology for what I had received. After becoming frustrated with him I will say I started saying unpleasant things. I repeatedly asked for a manager and never received one and was hung up on. I called back and a different guy answered. I asked him for the manager and other employees name who hung up on me the first time. I was told to hold on as he proceeded to have a conversation with someone while I was on hold. Then I was hung up on without a response. So I called back a 3rd time and demanded for the manager and nothing else. Finally a lady who said she was a manager apologized & offer free food and refund. Which I declined. I'm not looking for free food or my money back. $11 is nothing. I wanted proper customer service. I use to be a manager for JIB so I know what it is like on both ends. But I will not tolerate disrespectful employees who don't care about...

I was so annoyed and I just knew that my order was going to be wrong. I even asked her if she got the last few things I added to my order and I even repeated it back to her. She was talking to someone else while rushing me through my order. Then she was parking a ton of cars up front so there was no room to even pull out of the drive thru line. I had to of course go inside because my order was wrong. At that time they offered me a free caramel frap and she was the person that was supposed to make per the manager asking her to do so. I waited for almost twenty minutes and she hadn't even started the frap yet. I ended up leaving because I wasn't going to wait any longer since I had already gotten my food and that wasn't even part of my order anyway. They were so busy in there but I don't think the manager that was running the place even realized the line was backed up like that because of her. I think she is a manager there too and she clearly needs to have some more training. Everytime I go there I have a good experience but this time, it was a disaster in there. I could tell the employees were stressed too because they were all trying to do so many things at once. That showed me how much one person can impact the whole crew! Get it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay today my grandma went and bought two cheeseburgers and a fries from the McDonald's at the Walmart on Midvale Valencia well my grandma calls me and ask me to take her back to the McDonald's because she found a whole finger tip nail in her cheeseburger so I take my grandma back over there and ask to speak to a manager to show her the fingernail and I did not get to speak to a manager as they said that there was no managers available so I spoke to one of the workers there first of all she did not believe my grandma found the fingernail in their food because she said everybody uses gloves it wasn't my grandma's fingernail so I don't know how a fingernail tip would be found inside her hamburger as she was eating it so all they said they can do was refund her money so if it was such a hassle to receive $7 back on her order why would my grandmother lie and go through this mind you my grandma 78 years old I seen the fingernail because she saved it and showed it to me the point is my grandma would have like to speak to somebody in charge that way they could actually take care of the problem properly mind you my grandma loves McDonald's and is a very good customer but will no longer be going to...
