Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

Today my pizza I ordered on the Papa John's app was "stole" by the door dash people who they supposably use. Tge firet time I checked my order, it said running 20 mins late. The 2nd time it said 1 minute to being delivered that it was canceled. Now, I call the actuall place I ordered from and it sent me to GM. Oh boy do these young people not know how to handle anything or have proper adequate for certain situations. She informed me that she had no idea that my pizza hot stolen. Then proceeded with it got stolen as she says I will get a refund. We'll that's good but I still want my order. She then says okay. I ask her if I was going to receive a notification or call of what just had happened and or would I have options. The question was ignore completely and I would have been outta loss lol.... 1. I didn't order thru door dash. 2. No call incase someone needed directions. 3. Wasn't notified that my order was canceled or stolen. 4. Young GM need better phone representation. Ordered the pizza from Papa John's through GrubHub because it's outside of Papa John's delivery area. Pizza arrived safety sealed got a slice of pizza from box and found a 3-in thick black hair in my pizza baked in to it. I had to break the hair to pull it out. Spoke to the store manager Anthony, he denied having anybody with dark black hair making pizzas asked if the GrubHub delivery driver was a female and I explained to him that the pizza came secured with a safety seal and that the hair was baked into the pizza not on the pizza box. He said next time I should order directly from him and not through GrubHub says his employees are not required to wear hair nets only to wear hats according to the Pima County Health Department. I was so close to giving this place a 2 star review because the person on the phone was extremely rude. But when the driver arrived and I mentioned this I learned that because of covid-19 a lot more people have been ordering delivery pizza and stores where getting overwhelmed. So what Papa John's did was opened up call centers. Moral of the review Just because you Think who you're talking to is apart of the store you're ordering from isn't always so. Edit: I think I should mention the food I got the hand tossed cheese pizza. Well it wasn't the greatest pizza I've ever ate. (It was really good) It did it's job and filled me up.
