Pour My Coffee — Restaurant in Tucson

We just moved back to Tucson and was excited to find a local coffee place. We were so hoping that the coffee would be good and well, IT IS! However, the customer service could use some work. The first time we were there, we had questions and the cashier/barista acted like we were interrupting her. I did mention that it was our first time there. She did not explain anything but did answer our questions. The second time we went, the cashier/barista was great! She asked if we still wanted the whip cream, since a couple drinks we ordered has oat milk, of course we did but we did not even know that was an option since the first time we were there, our blending drinks did not have whip. The third time we went, the same cashier that was there our first time still acted like we were interrupting her job. I love the coffee but don't feel welcomed with the way it feels that I am interrupting the cashiers/baristas to order.

Got there right at Opening (6am), everything was fresh brewed. Got a basic drip coffee, and a sausage croissant sandwich. My son got a Drip coffee and a burrito. Was a pleasant surprise to see the food items had been pressed and came out nice and crispy. Also there was an added fresh fruit cup added to the plate as well with a fair amount of fruit. Sandwich prices were a little high for the size, but the added fruit cup to the order evened it out to an average price for the item. Also having everything served on a real plate was a nice touch for eat on service.

The coffee prices were nicely below average (comparatively to a Starbucks or Dunkin’s). The brew was excellent, coffee was smooth, and toasty, with a slight richness. Not at all bitter, so added cream was minimal. I ended up buying a bag of whole bean on...

Recently moved to the area and have been visiting this coffee shop almost everyday for a few months now. I really wish I could give it 5 stars as the coffee is delicious, however, I find it very inconvenient to the customer and unfair to the one employee that is always working alone in the afternoons. A younger guy is always working in here by himself even in the busiest of times. You can tell he is hustling and trying his hardest to get all the orders out fast, but how thoughtless of the owners/managers to leave him to do it all! When I come in the mornings there are always 2-3 employees working and it still takes 2x longer to get my order. That guy deserves a raise!!!!

The food is also subpar. Everything coming out of their case tastes old and stale. I’ve tried a bit of everything and have not enjoyed...
