Two scenarios that ensure I will never come back. 1.) My coworker ordered a smoke turkey breast sandwich, the same turkey sandwich that he orders EVERYTIME, but they ran out of smoke turkey breast that day and replaced it with some other turkey without notifying customers. When my coworker politely confronted the manager the manager said he ordered the wrong turkey and he planned to use it up before reordering. He then pretty much told my colleague to suck it up and better luck next time without at least offering some sort of compensation.
2.) I came in today with seven of my colleagues and ordered a large sandwich, a 44 oz drink, and chips. The deal of the day was for the end of the Tax season, April 18th free small "The Original" sandwich with the purchase of a 32 oz drink, and chips. When I came back to the front to ask for the free sandwich along with one of my colleagues and explained what I purchased the manager started rubbing his head in frustration and said, "Today is the busiest day of the year for me..." there was literally no one in line during lunch rush hour mind you, then he proceeds to say, " If I make an exception for you, I have to make an exception for everyone". This location features a co-location with Cinnabon as a highlight in their store, and honestly it's probably the only reason we drive clear across town to eat here.

ย ย ย Read moreDon't do it. I called ahead for an order and, yet again, they messed it up. I didn't get one of my sandwiches that I paid for. When I called, I got one person who put me on hold for a few minutes until the manager picked up. When I told him I didn't get a sandwich, he told me to come back for the sandwich. I told him I got 1/2 hour for lunch and had spent that driving for the food so I couldn't. Then he said to come back for dinner and I could have it then and then he laughed. Like ha, super funny that I have no food that I paid for and will get to finish out my day hungry. Gosh, so hilarious. Glad he's entertained by it.
Then when I insisted on a refund, he said he'd do it when he "got around to it" and that I'll have it within two weeks.
My previous pickup visit had a sandwich that I asked for "no lettuce and no mayo" and I literally ONLY got lettuce and mayo between the bread (which was also the wrong bread for the sandwich that I ordered and didn't change). I didn't get any of the other stuff like the turkey or the cheese.
I can see why the staff is so passive aggressive with a manager who thinks it's hilarious to not give food that's...
