No taste and warm at best fries cold, single patty ok not great. Wife's double bacon fit in palm of hand actually laughable, bacon rubbery. I asked her, she pretended to investigate for a few seconds and then admitted she didn’t know why it happened and told her manager about it. So I pulled up because I saw the manager outside and asked her if she was the manager. She immediately went into a defensive rant about how she doesn’t know why it did that and that she’s never seen a receipt say change when they’ve paid with a card. So I asked her why they would let me drive away without letting me in on the issue and she continued to give non answers and be extremely defensive which led me to believe that they were guilty of something. Read moreI just had to share a review. At 11 am, I scheduled an online order with Grubhub and listed 12 pm for pick up. When I received the receipt, I noticed it said ready for pick up at 11:33 am. I do not like soggy food so that's why I chose to do a scheduled pick up. On the Grubhub app, it states to contact the restaurant for any edits/cancellations. I phoned Wendy's and spoke with the District Manager Michelle and explained my situation. She stated when they receive a ticket from a 3rd party, it doesn't state the time so they just make it when they receive it. After hearing me out, she asked me to call them back to let them know when we were on our way to pick up and they would make the order fresh. Michelle not only gave GREAT customer service but kept the integrity of the freshness of Wendy's in tact. Wendy's is lucky to have someone like her on their management team.
