Wingstop — Restaurant in Tucson

I’ve been ordering from this location for YEARSS and I’m so annoyed with the repeated mistakes with this store for the past few months. 3 weeks ago we ordered delivery, two of the tenders were so overdone they were not edible. Tonight my husband picked up order and brought it home. I ordered 15 boneless wings. 2 sauces. They gave me 10 bone wings. One flavor. So I drove back with my two babies. So they remade it. Came home and all 15 wings were SO PLAIN AND FLAVORLESS. I wasn’t happy. I called right away and asked for a refund. They told me to bring it back in order to get a refund. (Obviously I didn’t drive back AGAIN for the 3rd time) so I’m still waiting for a refund with tasteless wings. Very disappointing. I’ve ordered here multiple times and I’m very random occasions like TODAY, my food is completely cold and there is no napkins or forks? If I’m told to wait 16-21 minutes for pickup why are you immediately making my order with OLD chicken? As someone who likes wingstop you guys need to be more consistent with your quality of food.

EDIT : They personally called me and made it a point to fix and remake my order; when I got this order I was treated with the same respect from staff and the meal was much more consistent and pleasant! Thank you so much.

Very rude place if I can give them a zero star, I will they accuse you of stealing they messed up the order and blame it on you. There is an older lady there who is very rude. Accuse me of stealing and told me that I am not wanted at the store anymore because she messed up the order she was in the back chitchatting with some gentlemen, then packed the order didn’t pack it correctly mess with the order and it opened from the bottom, she blamed it on me and said that I am not wanted at the store anymore judge people based on their looks, they will give you the pin to the bathroom, but if a person who looks like doesn’t have money, they will walk you to the bathroom and put the pin in for you they are really...
