Daddy Billy's Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Tullahoma

The food offered here is typically my favorite of the bar offerings in the area, The Daddy Billy Dilly being one of my favorites. The service is usually hit or miss - this includes sitting at the bar. It should be fairly hard for the bartender to miss a near-empty / completely empty beer glass. Especially when the food is served and you are dry.. yet, on multiple visits, as the food baskets slide up to us and the bartender walks away, I have to call them back for a top-up. I can't blame it on the staff being too busy, because we only come here for lunch or an early dinner before the evening crowds show up, meaning we are either the few or only ones at the bar. It's a head scratcher, because this place has been on it's way up since all of the facelifts in the last few years - Service should be the last thing to have...

So I recently had applied to here and it took them a week and a half to look over my application even with me calling like 2 time thru out the week and finally got an interview. Decided to go to it and chat the manager was friendly and all plus the workers. They said I could have a job and need to fill out paperwork so I did but to be honest I see why nobody in the kitchen wants to do work they pay Lee's then 11 an hr plus the cooks are supposed to cook the food and bring it to the customers. That alone is not worth anyone's time or effort, Because when u go OUT TO EAT most meal prices are $12 or more per meal which means for every hour you work they only have to pay you for basically 1 meal per hr that is just not right nobody can survive on 11 an hr let alone 15-17 an hr. Could have been a lot better. We ordered fried mushrooms and they came out looking great,BUT THEY WERE FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE. They did however fix it. Then they were super hard on the outside. I got the chicken tacos. There were 4 in an order. They looked fantastic and full. Well they were full of Lettuce. There had to be one small piece of grilled chicken cut up and split between the 4 tacos. I tasted chicken one time. It did taste good, but I was disappointed. The jalapeño ranch was the best part of this experience! There were only 2 other people in the restaurant when we were there. Our total was 35 dollars. So not worth it. Not sure that we...
