I would not and I repeat WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING ANY OF THE HOT MEAT SANDWICHES FROM THIS STORE. I can’t speak on other locations but I ordered a Ruben from here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely terrible to much meat and cheese bread very very soggy from the sauce and the homemade sauce they used was extremely bland. Not to mention the liquid it turned my insides to made for a terrible bathroom trip a few hours later.
All that being said and experienced I decided to go back the other day and try a different sandwich.(I know crazy right) you’re probably thinking why would you go back to a place that you didn’t enjoy the food from and that gave you food poisoning the first time around. Because I try to not judge a book by the cover so I decided like everything else in life this place was worthy of a second chance. I ordered the large Philly cheese steak. I’m being 100% honest open and transparent when I tell you this was the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The meat was chewy and very poor quality. The vegetables were covered in grease/oil that didn’t taste good but instead left a dirty French fry after taste on the food. The bread was the best part. It was great bread. Everything in between was terrible. It doesn’t feel clean inside the store gives a very dirty hole in the wall vibe. The grill area looks messy as well. The cook doesn’t use gloves and is always sweating and rubbing his face. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. But pray it does soon. -10/10 stars worst restaurant in sand...
Read moreI got a small BBQ sandwich with a drink and chips. It was almost $16.00. After I sat down and thought about the price. I asked them, and the rude white lady with short blonde hair proceeded to raise her voice and get defensive and informed me their prices have changed on the new menu, but on the wall it showed a different price, and when I told her that she was wrong for charging a price that wasn’t visible to the customers- she wanted to argue with me and tell me it’s on the new menu (that you had to pick up at the register and look at) because the new prices aren’t on the board. Bottom line there is not a SMALL BBQ sandwich and plain bag of chips that is worth 16.00. ADD A FEW MORE BUCKS AND GO GET A STEAK! Oh... and you don’t argue with your customers when they are really correct in what they’re saying. She has no business ethics and should never be at the front counter. It was my first time there and I work 3 minutes from there. Added to the places with bad customer service. I won’t be back and I let my coworkers in on what I was charged and they were shocked. Prices are way to high and then it wasn’t that great of a sandwich. I ate it because I...
Read moreBill and Ruth's Italian sub is a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly captures the essence of a classic Italian sandwich. From the moment you take your first bite, the freshness of the ingredients is evident. The sub features a generous layer of thinly sliced meats, including salami, ham, and capicola, which are flavorful and well-balanced.
The addition of provolone cheese provides a subtle creaminess that complements the zest from the meats. The sandwich is topped with crisp, fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, which add a refreshing crunch. What sets this sub apart is the signature dressing and spices, enhancing each ingredient without overpowering the overall taste.
The bread is another highlight: soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the contents without becoming soggy. It's lightly toasted, offering both texture and warmth that make each bite incredibly satisfying.
Overall, Bill and Ruth's Italian sub is a must-try for anyone who loves a good sandwich. It's filling, flavorful, and crafted with care, making it a standout option on their menu. Whether you have it for a quick lunch or a leisurely meal, this Italian sub is...
