We have been to this buffet three times, and each time, the food was incredible. They have a wide variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, salad bar items, and desserts. They have a sushi bar and a hibachi grill in the back corner. They offer specialty drinks as well as tap sodas. The staff is prompt and polite. They try very hard to keep the place clean between customers. They have signs asking for children under age 10 to be accompanied by an adult which I like because the crowds with many kids can get wild and it helps stop the food at the counters from being mixed together or spilled on the floor. The cooks in the back are constantly refilling food that's getting low, and checking the ice at the salad bar to make sure it is being kept cold properly. I'm not a seafood fan, but their fried panko shrimp are amazing. I recommend their green beans, egg drop soup, chicken and mushrooms , or beef and broccoli. Top notch. 👍 Their sweet and sour chicken is never too crispy. Their teriyaki is always easy to eat. If you like seafood, the selection is large - octopus, shrimp, salmon, crayfish, oysters, ect. You should definitely come to the Buffet Palace at least once. It is about $20 per adult after the drink, but if you eat 3 plates that is an incredible value.

10/14/22 I know I have been here maybe 15 years ago. Food is very good with the exception of couple items that I felt that the beef was chewy and the pork was a little bit dry other than that everything was very good. (There is a big difference between very good and excellent or amazing) You have to pay before you eat and if you are like me and you don't use cash anymore you have to leave the tip before you get any service which is not fair to both customers and servers because you don't know what kind of service you'll receive. After you enter they have six islands filled with all kinds of different food, one Island for the Hibachi Grill and another for salad and another one for dessert. Bathrooms were clean and smell fresh.. Only 4 stars the floors need a little attention, and the dry food.

I have been here a few times over the past couple of years. The food, even after prime time, is always pretty good. The selection is pretty large, one of the larger selections in Tulsa in fact. I wouldn't say it's the best in Tulsa. But one of 3 that are worth while. My only real issue....there was an older women who appeared to work there, who my wife pointed out was more or less watching me plate my food with a more than average interest. I am a large man....so i do not eat small portions. Though I am a believer in finishing everything I plate up at a buffet. So I am unsure of what the issue was, but it felt odd.... Still a good visit though!

Google won’t allow you to put a review with 0 stars, but this place was absolutely 0 stars in every category.

Right off the bat, there’s trash all over their parking lot. You go in, it smells like bad fish the minute you open the door.

The guy who worked at the front didn’t smile, didn’t greet, and acted like a jerk.

Not that I’m normally judgemental of someone’s appearance, but you work in a food place and he looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks.

At this point, we should have left.

Me and my siblings pay for our food and drinks and then go to our seat. Which was next to a bunch of dirty high chairs stacked between us and the booth on the other side, which made it difficult to get in and out of the booth under normal circumstances, and I’ve just had surgery so this was extra painful for me.

I was gonna ask the server to move when she came over, but she never even said anything or greeted us either. Just set some of drinks down and silverware/napkins and walked away. So my siblings go to get food first while I wait for her to come back. She never comes back. I say screw it because by the time they come back they already have several plates and there’s no point in moving anymore.

While I’m gone to go get my food my sister asks for the Dr. Pepper she ordered and the server argues with her about her not ordering it. So she has to go and ask the dirty guy at the front to clarify that she did indeed order and pay for it. Finally get’s it.

Their silverware was dirty. I just finished chemo and had surgery so I ask for plastic ware instead. I get a fork that isn’t in a wrap or anything but I say whatever, better than dirty silverware. Not to mention I don’t like to be rude or overly complicated.

I ended up getting some mushroom soup so I had to get a silver spoon where that’s served, it literally took me grabbing 6 spoons to get one that wasn’t dirty and just had water spots on it. There were several plates in their clean stacks that were dirty as well.

The majority of their food did not look fresh.

The chicken looked grisly so I didn’t even attempt to try it.

The mushroom soup tasted like vinegar so I couldn’t eat it. The crab casserole that looked fresh was so bad tasting the second I put it in my mouth I had to spit it into a napkin and then sit there for 5 minutes trying not throw up or gag. I’ve maybe done that a handful of times in my life.

I’m not a picky eater whatsoever. I don’t normally complain. But again, when you’ve just finished chemotherapy and had surgery you don’t wanna get sick.

I ask my siblings if it’s just me and they agree that it’s not.

I definitely didn’t even attempt to try the sushi.

I ended up paying $20 just for me and all I could eat was noodles, steamed broccoli, and fried green beans. Never had a refill. Never was asked if I needed anything or if everything was good.

Not to mention the bugs crawling on the floor.

I honestly felt like I needed my labs checked when I left this place and was hungry a few hours later. Don’t worry, I get my labs checked next week.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting and a scam. They should NOT be open. The Oklahoma Health Department should be doing random inspections on them and they should definitely be shut down or closed for cleaning and re-staffing!

Not only will I NEVER eat here again, but I will be sharing on my social media to warn others to not come here and I’ve never done that...

I just left, the worse eating experience ever. Walked in and it smelled like cigarettes and was eeriely empty. Not many workers were around as the lady running the register had to show us to our table. The waiter came and I had to ask twice which was diet because she placed the drinks and walked away. We immediately had a bad feeling this was not a good place to eat, but, we hadn't ate all day and decided to go look at what they had. There was a handful of food displays which they all looked empty. We got a little plate after quickly noticing what food they did have was old looking and cold. We got to the table and took a few bites and the chicken was dry, the catfish was cold, as well as all the other food. We decided to go and complain which we never had to do at a restaurant. I went up there and told her about the food being cold and the drinks were flat and we don't plan on eating anymore. She kept trying to give us a free meal and drinks for next time and I said no I don't think I want to come back we would like a refund. She kept going back and forth to our waiter and then back to us and she then proceeded to try to convince us to take only the refund for 1 dinner and two drinks, even though we paid for 2 dinners and two drinks. I told her I would like to have a full refund as we've only been her 5 mins and the quality just isn't good. She tried saying she goes to new places all the time and don't enjoy it and don't expect a refund. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she was (at 22 years old) we stated we don't want to leave no bad review we just want a refund and she said "I don't care if you leave a bad review. We have a lot of customers and never have to refund anything, we have been here for a long time." Finally after prob 30 mins she agreed to give us a refund for the 2 dinners ($26) but not for the drinks ($4). This is the first and hopefully last time I have to leave a bad review. P.S. with any buffets make sure you ask to take a quick tour before paying! That's the lesson I learned out of...

I liked this place, decent variety, salad bar wasn't wilty, etc. It has a few non chinese items on the buffet, like the fried catfish, and hot wings, and they tasted GOOD like they were supposed to. The american food was very well done, what is on the buffet it worth eating, most "chinese" places do a crappy knock off.

Enjoyed the dumplings, egg omlett, sushi, and other items, needs more beef, maybe duck on the buffet, but otherwise good.

The beef that was on the buffet was not very well done usually a little overcooked, or as in the case of the stir fry in an unappealing looking veggie mix with no greens or colors (broccoli and carrot would be better than onion and bok choy?). The beef tips were soaked in a generic american steak sauce flavor, the meat, untasteable. I would have preferred a spicy szechuan.

The sushi wasn't bad, but also not super amazing either. The raw fish sushi didn't taste off or rotten. However it was also pretty bland as the chosen fish do not have a ton of flavor. Most of the rolls were bland too.

The soft serve ice cream was creamy, not that super cheap grainy stuff that usually comes out of the machines.

The servers were very attentive, the females were good quality eye candy for the most part.

For 10 bucks a plate 5 stars. 1 star less for every 2 dollars the price goes up.

For a kinda run down part of town, you probably won't run into much trouble here. Out of the 2 days I went, one sunday there was a preacher and his entourage. The other day like 12 cops. Cops know where to...
