Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tulsa

I hardly ever complain about restaurants, ever, cos I love food. And I mean it, I'm never hateful about my food, and I'm super easy going but I'm sick of this place. But this Pizza Hut location is the very WORST one I have EVER ordered from. They legitimately messed up my order twice in a row on two different occasions. I had to call them twice and get the right order delivered!!!!! And this last time when the third order came in after my second call, it was STILL wrong!!! Just two simple pizzas, a few drinks, and another normal pizza. What in the world? Really? Then the driver forgot my drinks! Then he brought my drinks, and rung my doorbell and drove off before I even answered the door, which I got to the door in 10-15 seconds! And guess what? There were still drinks missing!!!!!!!!!!! Money wasted, called back and never got the stuff I paid for, got ripped off, and their management and drivers don't care at all. Everyone who works there seems to be by far the most moronic and incompetent employees I have ever seen. The order is on the SCREEN how can you mess it up three times in a row the same day? And two on another day? Seriously! Anyone reading this, if you order anything besides regular pepperoni or cheese, and have more than two toppings, order delivery from anywhere else... Mazzios, papa johns, dominos, Marcos. All better than this horrible mess of...

At the point I could give 0 Stars, I definitely would. The OWNER of this establishment is greedy and likes to call his customers liars. I processed my order online. Who wants to call in when we can order online? I was very adamant to pay attention to my order as we change sauces and get something other than marinara. I ordered Buffalo and Garlic Parm sauce (2 different pizzas.) Once processed payment I noticed that the system changed my sauces back. Order placed at 11:04. Called the store at 11:07 with no answer and 11:08 when the owner answered saying he would fix it. At 11:20 my pizza showed up made incorrectly. When I called back to ask what happened "why did you tell me you would fix it when you didnt?" The OWNER answered back with "You called me 2 min ago. Pizza already left." I said No Sir, I called at 11:07 and 11:08. That pizza was not made and out the door in 4 mins. He continued and called me a liar. This is not the only bad instance but I promise it WILL BE THE LAST. I have reported him to the BBB as his customer service is definitely needing some work. I feel sorry for any employees that might actually work there. This guy is always there. I guess now we know why. Do NOT SHOP with this location. He needs to be out of business with that kind...

Well where do i start i called the store ordered 5.99 1 large pizza with coupon a guy told me it wasn't working so i haf to call the call center by this time its been 45mins just to order 1 pizza just uncalled for so the first lady at call center was rude smacking on the phone sounded like she was eatting so i asked to speak to the supervisor she did a great job gave me a 3$ discount off and she did amazing job i picked it up at 21st Garrett the same guy who took my order ended up being the one who messed up my order he was sorry an very nice his name was Nate he told me too keep my money an gave it too me for free he was outstanding admitting he made a mistake an so i told him id leave this on the page an call his boss make sure he gets a outstanding very great guy nate at 21st Garrett is the Greatest.....FORGET WHAT I SAID ABOUT THIS PIZZA HUT THEY ARE JUST RIDICULOUS AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY NEED HELP WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL THE DAMN CALL CENTER TO ORDER FREAKING PIZZA THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I WONT DO IT AGAIN GOODBYE...
