So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: I regret that this will be one of the worst reviews I have ever given. I placed and online order for pick up at this location. The order was for family size mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and 4 biscuits, which came to $15+. When ordering, I redeemed an offer to receive a bucket of 8 Chicken Tenders that was supposed to be free with a $15.00+ order but the store said they did not show the tenders on the order and refused to give them to me. I printed out my receipt from my online order and showed them but they still refused to give them to me because they said the Free Tenders did not show up on the order they received. So, I asked to cancel and refund the entire order. However, again, the employee refused to do that as well because she said it was done online and not at the store, therefore, I would have to cancel it online. She telephoned the manager and he advised her the same as she had informed me. So, I returned home and got back online to cancel the order but it would not let me do so stating the order was complete. It was NOT complete. I tried to call the store telephone number numerous times but no one would ever answer it. I then tried to contact the KFC Corporate Office but I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes with no one ever answering. Sadly, this has always been my KFC go-to for decades. The 1st 2 was my husband & sister, this time was me personally, otherwise I wouldn't do a delivery from them based off the 1st 2 as both of them were messed up. I know the app part is not on the store, HOWEVER I did try to call & it makes a noise & hangs up, all 4 times I tried. I have nerve damage & can't handle ice in my drinks, it's not an option on the app to change it, also wanted extra mayo on the sandwiches & no pickles, but there was nothing I could do. Ordered the online only meal for 2 w/nuggets & the 3 piece tender box for free. 1st on both sandwiches they put 1 small drop of mayo on them, not even a normal amount. Then for the nuggets & tenders were supposed to get 2 sauces for each, we got 0 sauces. How can I take a picture of 0 sauces😂🙄🤦🏼♀️??? So now my husband has to run up to the store & get us some sauce, as we just moved in, or we have to eat them dry🤔🤦🏼♀️🤬. I recommend to either just go to a different location or IF you still want to risk your order being messed up, to either pick up or just eat there. Sucks cause we love KFC, but there isn't a way to modify your order or even contact them. They use door dash to deliver, I asked the driver to ask them to add mayo & no ice, he said they told him to have me do it online or call😂😂🙄. I told him tell them to fix their phone so we can, but also told him to just bring it. If you weren't going to do anything don't waste people time. Let me just go on Google and spread how nasty oily greasy the food was to eat to where my dogs didn't want none of it.
I am not going to give you another opportunity to lie to your customer when nothing been done to begin with. I am just not going there no more. I understand it's fast food and it's not healthy for you; however, it's supposed to be a quick fix meal for the family. If my dogs would noy eat it what makes anyone else wants to eat it.
This upset me because customer service nowadays is nothing but lies and deceit. And if I was able to give it zero stars I would have.
