My husband and I came into the store on 21st and Garnett on July 3, 2020. We were greeted by a professional salesman named Brian. We were looking for the most affordable, yet functional option for our budget and did Brian deliver! He took his time explaining their lease to own option. They have three different lenders they work with to fit every persons budget needs. We added the 2 year extended warranty to cover our 3 appliances for a total of 3 years. Brian took his time explaining all the options where it was detailed and informative, yet relaxing and informal. It felt like I was talking to an old friend. One of the easiest sales transactions I've experienced with ZERO buyers regret. I got exactly what I was looking for, functional, affordable, with payments similar to "Rent to Own" with out the over inflated prices. 90 days interest free, so make bi-weekly payments and you will OWN your own appliances with less pain and financial strain than the other guys! As with ALL used appliances there is an inherent risk that something will malfunction or simply just go out with no warning. Just my luck our dryer did not heat properly. As it was a holiday weekend we waited to phone in the issue until Thursday to report the issue for repair. The warranty covers repairs OR a similar replacement of the item for 1 year unless you add the extended warranty. Brian was prompt in sending Vernon to access the situation and repair what was needed. As my luck would have it, it was the thermostat. If you don't know, those go out no warning. They mic drop and walk out the door. Vernon was professional, yet friendly. He was very informative, I learned a new fact to share with others that day. What a blessing BOTH of these employees are. 100% Essential to an essential Tulsa family owned business. Please show them some #tulsalove and...
Read moreRead moreI had heard good things about this place, but have experienced differently. A washer was posted on Facebook for $499 so I called to see if it was still available and the person who answered the phone Diona, said yes it was, and I confirmed it was $499. So I said I would send my husband over for it. She said well the dryer wont be available today. I told her I didn't need a dryer, I just wanted the washer. She told me I had to buy them as a set, with the dryer also being $499. I asked her if I had any other options and she said no. We hung up, and before I could log back onto Facebook she had changed the post to say a set for $999, and it said pending. After I talked to my husband and decided I would get the dryer because I really wanted that washer, I called her back and told her although I feel like it was shady to change the posting and not honor the first ad, I would talk to my husband about getting the set anyways. She was very rude, and didn't apologize or try to make it right or anything, just made some sort of smirking sound. Then when we hung up the posting was changed to sold. My husband went over to see if it had indeed been sold and I suggested he ask for the manager, but she was the only one he saw there. He found the washer -by itself-not listed as a set
I had a very disappointing experience at J&J Appliances. I was working with one of their customer representatives and we found the fridge I wanted. We plugged it in to test it, everything looked great, and I proceeded to sit down and complete the credit application. I even contacted my wife to verify her Social Security number—clearly showing I was in the middle of finalizing the purchase.
While I was doing that, another associate came over and sold the fridge out from under me. No warning, no communication—just completely disregarded the ongoing sale. When I brought it up, the second associate did nothing to correct the situation and instead told me the “same” fridge was available in Glenpool… for $300 more.
This was incredibly unprofessional. I had already agreed to the price, and we were well into the process. This is not how a business should treat its customers. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and misled. J&J Appliances lost my trust and my...
