Cyrus Steakhouse — Restaurant in Tulsa

We had a table of 10 and we ordered 2 of your special combo, wings/fries with 5 beers. When we wanted to order another combo you said that you "ran out of the combo." The kitchen was still open and other guests were still ordering food. Someone at our table asked to order only the wings and you took that order. Your advertisement doesn't say "limited supplies" or "limited to 2 per table." What doesn't make sense is, how are you "out" of the combos but if we wanted to order the wings and beer separately, we can? You must not want to make money. We wanted to order more drinks and foods but apparently you don't want our money. It's okay, we understand you want to go out...

I made reservations and arrived on time and was seated promptly,, Server arrived and took our drink order , But before she brought us our drinks I noticed on the menu that there was not a steak option of a Ribeye cut ,, Only two cut’s available on the menu was the Filet and a New York Strip ,,,

I have never dined at a steakhouse that did not offer the Ribeye cut ,,, I couldn’t believe it !! I was not going to choke down a tough chewy New York strip steak ,,

So we did end up drinking our drink order and we left ,,

Too bad that a restaurant owner and especially a Chef doesn’t know that a ribeye is the cut most...

Amazing service she was the only server besides the bar tender and both did amazing she was quite literally running to get to people and make sure everyone was responded to promptly. People have to give grace and have patience when you clearly see a person is doing something alone you should be kind and respectful not rushing and impatient. Food was pretty good I was not aware that ribs were actually cow ribs but that was a lack of knowledge on my end seeing it is a steak/ cow meat restaurant other than that I am very pleased with the service and food provided from this restaurant !
