Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Tulsa

Normally I’d give this place 5 stars, the women are friendly, the donuts are above average, and their fried jalapeño sausage rolls are probably the best in town. However, I’m and early riser and I recently got a new job at a hospital so I’m usually out the door by 5-5:30. This morning I had a hankering for one of those jalapeño sausage rolls. I went online and double checked their hours. They open everyday at 5:30. Perfect I thought, so I drove over there and when I pulled up (5:35ish) all the lights were off and not a person in sight. I know sometimes the hours of operation online aren’t always accurate so I walked up to the window to double check, but it was cohesive with what I saw online open at 5:30-11:30 everyday. I needed to grab something from the store so I figured this would maybe by them some time and I’d loop back around. When I came back about 6:10 they were open. Finally. So I rushed in and ordered a fried jalapeño sausage roll. But the woman at the counter said they didn’t have any made. 🙃 All that effort for nothing. I left...

Just ordered donuts with my niece and nephew. We got $30 worth of donuts (both hot (kolaches) and regular). We got home and every single one with frosting was melted and not recognizable. They bagged the hot items with all the cold donuts and of course my niece and nephew were devastated. Just incredibly frustrating when it could have been avoided by bagging them separately. Serious disappointment and now I have donuts the kids don’t want and honestly I don’t blame them because they are sticky melted donuts now.

Worst Donuts In South Tulsa The cinnamon rolls was flat and over cooked in the grease, they should not even have been put out for sale. At 8;30 on a Saturday morning the selections was poor indeed. The glaze donuts were light, however fell apart when I took the first bite. The new owner do not know what they are doing very sad. I wasted 5.57 on donuts that should not have even been sold, I would ask for my money back, do not think that would work. I will not go back until donuts have a value, who knows how long if ever...
