I love everything about Dutch Bros. I love their coffee and they always have the most incredible employees. My interaction with them on Friday 2/18 changed how I will feel about them forever.
I had a 14 year old pug who had cancer. We had to put her to sleep only 10 days after finding the tumor. It was awful. This dog was my baby.
On the morning of her last day with us, we started at Dutch Bros for some coffee. I talked with a female individual with pixie length brown hair (I’m not sure of their pronouns) and another female with should length (?) red hair. They mentioned my dog and for some reason, I just let it all out. I told them that this was Bella’s last day and I was crying so hard. The brunette offered a hug but I was a mess. Haha! The red head started crying as well. They gave Bella the most glorious pup cup in history and made me feel a little better. The care and compassion of these people will never be forgotten and I’ve told so many people of how amazing they are. I’ll always be grateful for this interaction.

Read moreI usually have had good service here, unfortantely I just had to leave the drive through and will not be back at this location due to two staff members choosing to talk to a friend/person they knew while there was three other cars waiting. I spend a lot of money with dutch bros and feel really upset that I was waiting to even place my order because the employee that was doing orders for the drive thru was talking to another car for such a long time socializing for over 10 mins.. even walking alongside the car continuing to talk after they have placed the person's order. I'm just really surprised at the blatant audacity to continue to look directly at the cars waiting on you to do your job. I never mind waiting when its just busy and everyone is trying their best, but that's not what happened today. Read moreRUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!!! the manager was a lady with dark red hair, was manager on site at 4:25pm, had a smiley peircing, was white, mid 20s probably, and incredibly rude!!! I came back because they had made me the wrong drink, and I knew it was wrong because I had ordered a candycane mocha, and they gave me a hazelnut truffle mocha that had no peppermint taste to it at all. I go back and ask them to remake it and explain what happened, and the manager on site was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She told me exactly, "that's definitely candy cane mocha because I made it but I'll remake it." Like excuse me??? You can try it if you want girl but I would not have wasted my 15 min break driving back to ask you to remake it if it was the right drink??? It's the entitlement for me, to say you know something when you clearly don't? Will never be returning here.
