Food was absolutely wonderful! I ordered the Margherita Pizza, hubby ordered the wings, kids ordered the corn dog and the pasta. The pasta is delicious and so are the wings and pizza! Just perfect. The service however wasn't to brag about. We were sat at the bar area and were basically neglected when 'regulars' came in to eat. My hubby didn't get a single refill on his drink even though we were the first to be seated, I never needed one. Directly after the food arrived, our 'waitress' Chloe asked "are yall ready to order MORE food or is this good for now" literally verbatim from her mouth. She also only passingly asked us if we were okay twice. Hubby went to get more to drink from asking a different waitress, where our waitress promptly asked what she was getting for us and got it herself. The. We had to go ask for to go boxes and the check at the front because it wasnt brought to us or asked if we were ready to leave. We got the check and paid at the front instead of through our waitress, because of such poor service. Also one of the employees came in and sat at the bar reeking of Mary Jane (which isn't a big deal), but I'm pregnant and it makes me nauseous, I just personally didn't want to smell it or have my kids around it and would have LOVED to have been sat anywhere else except the bar room. I do really love the food and even hubby agreed it was really good, but the service was so bad it made having an enjoyable time extremely difficult because he was really upset at being neglected and we left upset-ish. We do plan on coming back and giving it...

Let me start by saying that we arrived at 6:37 and left at 9:30 and not because we were visiting. We had a large group and it took a while to get seated. The manager was very nice and kept us informed on the status of our table. We finally got a table and everything started off well. We got our drinks and an appetizer pretty quick but then things fell apart. Other members of our group ordered an appetizer but it didn't come. Several of us ordered salads and they didn't come. Finally the waitress came back and said she forgot to press send when she entered the order. Then the manager came and said the ticket for our salads had fallen behind the printer so he comped them. The salads finally came and were followed closely by our food. Most of liked our food. The large pizza we ordered seemed a lot smaller than it usually is but it tasted good. It might be a case of shrinkflation. My son ordered the kids alfredo pasta but he did not like it. The waitress tried to talk us into ordering the adult size but I'm glad we didn't because he didn't eat all of it. My daughter got the kids Mac and Cheese. We were charged for my kid's drinks and the menu says kids meals come with a drink. I asked the waitress and she said she charged for their drinks because she didn't know they were going to order off of the kids menu. They clearly had kid's menus sitting in front of them. She didn't seem happy about it UT she finally took them off the ticket. It was overall a...

I've always heard hidaway is great but man was I very disappointed. We came in happy smiling and left sour and disappointed. We were sat and it took over 5 minutes just to get drink orders and appetizer. Got those and 20 minutes later finally got our order taken. After the waiter left I decided I wanted a drink from the bar and waited for our waiter. Never saw her. had someone else bring us our food who ignored our empty drinks and empty apaptizer dishes. We ordered a pizza and pasta. My pasta was COLD. like the top bite was kinda warm but the inside was almost as cold as my drink. Spent 5 minutes just trying to flag down someone over that. They sent over the supposed Manager. Who asked if I would just like it heated or something else. I say heated politely with a smile because I'm trying to be understanding. She brings it back looks over our empty drinks and empty dishes from the appatatizer and before she even fully sits it down she's started to walk away. Had to holler at her and ask for a refill. Didn't even bother to ask if my food was warm or we needed anything else. Finally after being there for over an hour we finally see our server again and ask for to go boxes. Had to ask again for one for the pasta because she couldn't take 2 seconds to actually look at our table and acknowledge us to see what we needed. Felt like we were scum y'all were to bothered to deal with and highly disappointed. I've had better service at a hunts brother and a loves...

Haven't been to hideaway in a while but idk y I hadnt! The service and food were absolutely amazing. The wait staff took such good care of our party. We ordered the garlic knots, a pretzel, and two large pizzas... But ended up with 4 pizzas!!! Lol. The kitchen staff made a mistake on both of the pizzas by leaving a dif ingredient off of each. We ordered the "Big Country" and another called something like "the Bomb" with balsamic glaze on top (pictured). They told us they made the mistake and we could have that pizza and they were already making the correct one. So it was nbd. And the manager came by our table to apologize. And honestly it was great experience! Bc we had pizza to take home also. So it was a happy mistake and we made out like a bandit. Even with the mistakes it was wayyyy better service, Much better pizza and an overall more enjoyable experience than the Andolinis a few blocks away on cherry street.

Pizza was great. They sat us on the patio, and it was hot! They mixed up our order. But they made another pizza to correct it. Thank you! Stopped in today for pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The bread was delicious! We ate both pieces. So by the time our pizza arrived, we were full. We still ate one piece. We will definitely be back. Went into the Cherry Street location. After lunch but before dinner. They sat my granddaughter and I in the bar area. She took our order, but went on break after she brought our drinks and garlic cheesy bread. Then I had to get up and get our waitres for a box, the bill, and lids. Don't go after lunch if you are pressed for time.

Dined in on a Friday evening and they were fairly busy. Took a little while for our food to come out. Despite how busy it was, the waitress was very attentive; she checked up on us and refilled our drinks. Ordered the 50/50 appetizer, a meaty pizza, and chicken alfredo pasta. The 50/50 appetizer was good; the batter they fried it in is well-seasoned. Had more mushrooms than mozzarella sticks. The pizza we ordered was extremely oily and too salty for my taste. The alfredo pasta was also salty because it had bacon sprinkled on top. Overall my stomach wasn’t too happy with the food, but would consider coming back to try a different pizza.
