Though the two girls who helped me find all the items i purchased were both very kind and helpful, I am very disappointed in the item's quality itself. When I got home and opened my box that contained the earrings, I went to try them on since I didn't in the store (for sanitary reasons obviously) and the whole back piece fell off the moment I picked them up out of the box. I thought "I'll just super glue that back on later I guess." Which is still a little aggravating since I paid $26 for a pair of earrings. I put the broken earrings aside and tried on the shoes I bought. This time putting on both shoes instead of the one "try-on" shoe I wore in the store. The whole bottom part of the other platform sandal was wobbling, like it was cheaply made and about to fall off. I felt like I was going to roll an ankle any second. So I took those off and set them by the earrings. Third, I put on the silk dress I bought, I noticed about ten little "strings" hanging at the bottom of the hem. I wore it around for about 30 seconds before taking it off. I laid it out on my bed to get a closer look and found several other little strings dangling all over the dress that I had not seen in the store. Again, just a very very cheap dress. I would expect cheap material like all these things if I was shopping online at one of those random Instagram stores. But in my case, I wasn't buying cheap clothes and accessories. I spent $212 on items that were falling apart. It was just pretty frustrating... That's 1/4 of my paycheck. I only shop 5 times a year. This was one of my shopping days - My special day to buy nice things for myself. And now I'm out over $200 and I have clothes and accessories I can't even wear. I just bought them 2 days ago so I should probably return them, but I got the vibe this boutique probably doesn't do returns very easily. It was just a bummer. Glad the girls were nice...

Black Sheep Boutique is one of my absolute favorite places to shop! Their Instagram content is always on point, and the owner is incredibly punctual in responding to messages and even willing to hold items if you ask—such a rare and appreciated touch.

The entire staff is helpful and kind every time I walk in, but Jazmine truly stands out. Her energy is amazing—she always makes me feel comfortable, confident, and excited to try something new.

I also love their rewards system: if you come back and shop within two weeks of a purchase, you get a discount. Between the great service, fun atmosphere, and perks like that, it’s easy to keep...

I agree with the comment below. The store / Layout is great, but the "good"customer service is not there. Any item i picked up just to look at, The girl was RIGHT there to take it to the fitting room, not even giving me a chance to really look at the item to see if i even cared to try it on. I have been in there a handful of times, and always end up spending money there, but after the last experience a few days ago.. Its best to just shop elsewhere. I used to work in retail, and completely understand the best way to prevent theft is excellent customer service. But this store is borderline / if not spot...
