Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Tulsa

My family and I eat Papa Murphy's at least once a week, as it's our favorite pizza and always fresh. I picked up a call in order on Sunday at this location, 3 pizzas including one on gluten free crust. The gluten free pizza only comes in a medium size but when I got home the pizza was significantly smaller than the size it's suppose to be, in fact it was about 2 inches smaller than the tray all the way around. This was the most expensive pizza in my order at $15 and deffinately did not meet my expectations. I have ordered a gluten free pizza before from the Broken Arrow location and it was the right size. I called and left a message for the manager, who did not return my call the next day, so I called again. The manager was again not there and the CSR told me that she received my message, but didn't call me back because that was how the pizza comes. I left another message and the manager still has not returned my call. This is terrible customer service. I was not happy with the quality of the product I received, but the manager chooses not to call me to resolve the problem and make it right. I will be making a complaint with the Corp office and hopefully this review will let the owner of this location know how poorly the manager is managing the business. I will not be visiting this location again and will make a point to tell people how poor the customer service is. The location in Broken Arrow is worth the extra drive for great service. I ordered online 2 pizza's from 51st and Memorial Papa Murphy's. I live in Cushing so my husband went to pick them up when he got off work in Tulsa. He showed them the confirmation. The man told him there was only 1 pizza my husband showed them I had made a second order so there was 2 pizzas. They argued with him for about 10 minutes. My husband finally left because he hates confrontation. I called and argued with them finally the man seen there was a second pizza so my husband had to drive back through traffic 10 miles to pick it up. They would not give me anything for the trouble or time and gas. I am very unhappy. I got there about 15 mom before they closed, they already head everything packed up and ready to close. I ordered pizzas that were already premade , not to inconvenience them. I've never been there before so the clerk didn't educate me on how to cook the pizza (guess I should've looked up the directions) so I get home and try to take it off the 'paper' looking tray like I would any other kinda pizza for it to completely fall apart ... So I'm order to save myself from wasting 13$ I flipped it on the side like a calzone and crossed my fingers... It came out alright but overall my visit there wasn't one to brag about for sure especially for the price... And having to cook it...
