Great fun food. Fast. Fun times are there. We got in late Thursday night just passed Dec8th..we stopped there just before close. We had the pleasure of actually seeing a ROLLER SKATING carhop!! I remembered when I was a teen that use to be a requirement to working there!! I was immediantky taken back to the last night with 6 cars of my relatives gathering together bringing card tables and folding chairs, unpacking them, setting them up on the side of their property, the roller skating carhops (3 of them)came with their pads and wrote each order down, read them all back then went and turned them in. They had the speakers that looked like drive in movie speakers. When my dad said," There are 6 cars full of us you might want to come and take our orders."They looked out the window and the 3 carhops descends and write each order on a sheet in their books. I never felt so special in my life. I was leaving on the TRAIN for college the next morning for my college dorm. Sonic, even when I am traveling, and see their sign next to an interstate, I ALWAYS flash back to that night so long ago. My father died Dec 6 3 years ago, my mother died when I had been on campus only 3 months, she had cancer and NEVER told me. She probably knew I would never go, and if I missed my chance on the scholorships I had earned, I would probably never get to go. "A missed opportunity", she would have called it. She always said" be smart, use the opportunities that your intellect affords you. You earn them, and believe me not many people get offered many in their lifetime. An opportunity squandered is a wasteful indulgence that people wind up looking back on with regret." I had come to realize, with age, she was talking about herself. She said the 2 opportunities she allowed herself was marrying my father and adopting me. You advertise about order online and using the app and you get half price drinks all day long. The server smarted off and then walked away ignoring the rest of our questions. We asked management about refunding the drink, shake, and he said it will be a few business days before the refund would show up on bank card. I would hope that a refund and a few words with the young man who just walked away from me as I asked about the special, would be helpful.

So, January 17 we give this place a 3rd try. We get ice cold cokes .. no problem there. The tater tots are COLD. WE DID GET AN EXTRA GRAVY, BUT THE CHICKEN WAS CHEWY AND COLD, THE ONION RINGS WERE OK, BUT FOR A LARGE, LETS MAYBE ADD A FEW MORE NEXT TIME PLEASE?

The lady who brought me the food was a sweet and caring person. I picked the food up for my boyfriend who had his phone and was too far away to check in. We got squared away. Our main problem is that we live half a mile away and our orders are never quite right but you still make fantastic drinks so we keep coming back. At this point, he would like a full refund. The cold chicken in both boxes, cold soft bread that surely could NOT BE TEXAS TOAST. HE was disgusted with how unexpected cold tots and chicken are. It would really make a better day for a man who loves shakes if y'all could message me and please help us understand why the orders are never correct. Thank you kindly.

Ps...Lastly, A man on your property literally stood between my vehicle and two others staring is down in a very threatening way. I've never been scared away from sonic but I hope this is not how the man plans to acting. I felt so uncomfortable that I locked myself in the car and my windows...

I usually have a really good experience here, but I'm pretty annoyed right now. We ordered food and asked for a couple empty cups because my family and I were heading out for a picnic and forgot to grab cups.

My girlfriend and I had to say we wanted 2 empty cups 4-5 times. The employee acted extremely confused and asked if we wanted straws. We repeated cups again. She said she'd have it right out to us.

We got our order, didn't get the empty cups, so we asked the carhop about it. She just walked away.
