My boyfriend and I stopped in bc my grandma has always gone to this shop when I was younger (possibly under his father’s management). We’ve been looking at rings for ages and we talked to Mike at the store about creating a custom one and he was very straight to the point and honest about the process and how his work can compare to name brand stores (aka the ones with commercials all over during the holidays). He was happy to let us price shop w other places even! His bluntness and willingness to take care of us speaks wonders, considering we are in FL currently but have family in Tunkhannock. We know that the ring will be great once we get the ball rolling.

Called the store to if they can replace my wife’s diamond that she had lost. It’s about .88 to 1 carot. So I went to the store to look at diamonds he didn’t carry that size in stock. She he would call the location where he gets him diamonds from. Said he would call in 2 days but nothing said he was going vacation and would callme when he heard from them. Well still waiting and nothing. By the way he had told me it would cost around 2,500 or more and I said that’s fine.But never heard from him. Don’t use them there...

Mike, I'm a little late in providing a review on your business, but I wanted you to know I believe you are reasonable with your pricing. I gave you several watches that had dead batteries and I believe three didn't work at all. You replace all batteries and fixed the watches at a very reasonable price.
