Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tupelo

For the $2 Tuesday Pan Pizza Special I place my order online. I ordered 6 of the $2 Tuesday Personal Pan Pizzas. I also ordered Cinnamon Sticks.

I gave plenty of time for the order to be ready...following the progress online.

At arrival, cars in line and line not moving. When it was finally my turn at the window they asked me to pull up and said they'd bring it out. Online said my order was ready but no one came out with my order. I went inside and saw the staff was working diligently but had too many orders for the amount of personnel. Another 7 minutes inside and my order was ready.

In total, I waited thirty minutes past when the system showed the order to be ready. Seems they hit the "ready" button so the system doesn't know how far behind they are in order completion.

When I got home and we started eating it was quickly noticed that there was hardly any sauce on any of the pizzas...three of the pizzas were ordered with extra sauce. The Cinnamon Sticks were so dry I had to put butter and cream cheese on them and cook in the oven to make them edible.

The $2 deal wasn't worth my time. Pizza Hut is our preferred pizza restaurant but this order...

Wasn't satisfied with my order.. One of my pizzas had a strong spoiled taste to it and the other pizza was dry, needed more sauce. The third pizza was pretty good.. Update: As of 12/6/23 I was very disappointed again with my order, I ordered 2 pizzas this time. First I ordered a taco pizza which was advertised on the site and it wasn't made at that particular pizza hut .. They didn't have any grilled chicken if you did want a chicken pizza.. I ended up ordering a thin crust Supreme and a meat lover after the Manger call and said that didn't have the taco pizza..I ordered the meat lovers, they delivered the Supreme but didn't deliver the meat lovers when they supposed too. I called, told them what happened and they sent out the other one which was nothing like I had ordered. I ordered a thin crusted meat lovers and I received a pan meat lovers which was extra nasty like the last time. I don't know why the pan pizza has that funny taste to it every time but it is horrible.. Our dinner was ruined and i was livid at the end of it all. I normally would not take time to negatively review a Buisness but this one deserves it. I called at 9:45 and after completing my entire order and also paying via credit card, was told it would be 30 minutes and the phone call ended. They called back at 9:52 to let me know they didn't have a delivery person so I offered to come pick it up but then they said they were closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10 so at that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and said she had shut her registers down and they were closed. I brought it to her attention that it wasn't closing time and I said so you closed your register 15 minutes early and she hung up on me. Not professional at all. That was very unprofessional of a person in a managerial position. I know what it's like to work with the public and have a certain time to hope to walk out that door and the day end but when you're in customer service that is something that comes with it. I will be calling higher management tomorrow because I'm almost positive that what this manager did is completely...
