Burger King — Restaurant in Turlock

Keira Road Turlock location stoled my money! I ordered from the Burger King app got to the restaurant around 9:45 PM, restaurant was supposed to close at midnight, all the lights Ron I arrived to check in button I’m here button got to the window nobody would come to the window. Almost called the police because I thought they were in trouble. After banging on the window after seeing somebody in there she comes out and says I closed early I don’t feel well I got permission from my manager. I said fine, but you just charged me for my food give me my money back and she said no I cannot give you your money back I’ll get in trouble. This happened in December and I have been calling and calling and fighting with Corp. The app charges you and you can’t get your money back. So they have my money they did not give me my food they will not return my phone calls not to mention I live 60 miles away. It’s not like I could just show up. I went to the location talk to somebody there in person the next time I was in town and they said I don’t know anything about it and could not help me. This is got to be against the law. I’m now taking it to small claims court and I think they’re gonna be pretty embarrassed if they’re going to have to pay my court fees for a five dollar transaction. I’m done I will not except anything less now they’re going to pay my court fees my attorney consult fees and the refund for the burger that I bought. This is the only Burger King near me. That's the only reason I keep coming back. I regret it every time. For years they have messed up orders, omitted items, had strange attitude toward me, made me wait for tens of minutes in an empty drive thru, never include sauce that I pay for, are stingy with sauce when reminded, they don't update their menu for days or sometimes weeks to reflect items being discontinued, I've seen the location totally abandoned and unoperational during advertised open hours with the open sign lit... I imagine they have a revolving seasonal staff like most fast food establishments, so how has the quality been so consistently awful for so many years? Poor management? Poor hiring and training practices? Burger King locations in other cities are good places, there's a reason I continue to want to have a good time at this Burger King. I think my review history shows that I want to give good reviews. I'm not going out of my way to be negative. But something is seriously wrong with this location. Every time I go there's a new awful aspect to my experience. The only new way they could surprise me now is by poisoning the food and I'm not about to risk that. I'm not coming back to this location. I'd advise nobody else come either. There's a perfectly good Taco Bell, Jack In The Box, McDonalds, and Carls Jr in the vicinity. Been here 3 times. twice to use the new BK app. First time was months ago and the food wasnt even put together correctly or even remotely close to it. 2nd time was when they had the new app and if you ordered a whopper while near a McDonald's you got that whopper for a penny. So i ordered a penny whopper and some other items. The app said they was open till midnight, so I ordered and soon as i got to the drive thru i hit the button im here (charges your card) but lo and behold they was closed and it was 11:15. App was wrong about closing time. I went again tonight, using the app again so that we could play their chance to win game on the app. Made sure to be there before closing! Ordered cheeseburgers with cheesy tots x 2 meals with 1 coke and 1 dr pepper, 1 rodeo burger with onion rings meal with root beer and a side order of onion rings. The manager told me when i got to the drive thu that the app thing was closed down..hello.. it charged my card.. give me my food. Then he says we dont sell cheesy tots anymore.. ok then change them to fries.. He tells me to pull out front and they will bring out our order.. so i do. They bring it -1 drink and all onion rings instead of fries. Chick goes back in to get the drink after i point it out and she brings the wrong thing.. so now we have 1 root beer 2 dr peppers, 3 onion rings.. We will not be coming back...
