I came in to the store and patiently waited for my order to be made. I have no problem with waiting. But while waiting I did hear some really unfortunate things being said behind the counter by a person I believe to be the main manager. Dominos is supposed to be family friendly yet the way this individual was conducting herself was the absolute opposite. I believe her name to be Ashley but I am not 100% sure. She was taller very thin and had her hair in a bun with a darker blue shirt and visor. The amount of obscenities coming from this woman’s mouth was unbelievable, and the worst part is, is that it was directed at her staff. I heard her egging on another coworker to bully another as well as many other things a person of power should not be saying in the workplace or actually ever. If you watch her in the kitchen you can see the dynamics. I was in there about 15 minutes and felt so bad for many of the workers enduring her bullying and belittling. Not to mention the cocky way she comes off to customers who have a question about their items. I audibly heard her talking horribly about one of their drivers who just left on what I assume to be a delivery to another person in the kitchen. This type of bullying is unacceptable. Read moreIn response to my recent experience at the Domino’s Monte Vista Avenue location, I am writing to lodge an official complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of the General Manager, Ashley.
Pizza was made with no chicken at all and when visit back to show her pizza. She was rude, arrogant and introduce herself as General Manager, Ashley.
On an online order for thin crust pizza with premium chicken, I was met with rudeness and an attempt to dismiss my concerns. The General Manager claimed to have the authority to override any customer complaint, asserting her position as the General Manager.
Her behaviour was unacceptable, including physical aggression towards the counter and inappropriate language. Her lack of customer service skills and professionalism is deeply concerning.
I demand a response from Domino’s regarding the incident involving the General Manager, Ashley. I am seeking a resolution to the issues raised and a call back to address the damage to the Domino’s brand image caused by her behaviour.
The General Manager’s actions demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and do not reflect the values or standards of Domino’s. I urge the company to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

They had no Cesar salad so I got a house salad which was disgusting and had almost no cheese and a random thing of onions and only 3 baby tomatoes for over $10?! I would’ve rather save my money. What a waste of money on my part. I was also quoted 22 minutes and it got here in 1 hour and 47 minutes.. are you kidding me? I worked at Pizza Hut for years and they would’ve at least given a courtesy call that it would be late. But now I know not to waste money at this place. I usually choose this place with having celiac and never gotten sick off their gluten free but I would almost get sick eating gluten than wasting almost $100 on some horrible cold pizza with butt ends of jalapeños and the wrong salad.
