Casey's Pizza — Restaurant in Turtle Creek

I ordered two pizzas and waited two hours for them to arrive. I had a house full of guests eagerly waiting to eat. Adults and kids! When I placed the order, I was told I would only have to wait an hour. At no point did they offer me the option to pick up my pizzas due to a shortage of staff.

The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, and hostile, and displayed no remorse. She explained, "It will get there whenever it gets there. I've already spoken to you twice." To make matters worse, she hung up on me and told me to have a good night! I called to place my order, then again at the one-hour mark, and again at an hour and a half. Each time, she was disrespectful, and I feel that life is too challenging to pay for such terrible customer service.

In the end, I never even got a chance to try the pizza. She mentioned they were down one delivery driver after our conversation. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all if you value where you spend your money. I have never experienced such terrible service. I'm saddened by the lack of value they placed on...

I wish I could rate this lower. This was a great evening just throwing away $40. Wasting an hour of my time to get sub par food. And now, at 7pm. I still have to make a dinner since the food was so bad. Never again. The pizza was burnt on the top and the bottom was so thin so that was wonderful. Then the wings were never mixed with the sauce so half of them were burnt and half didn’t have any sauce. Then the hoagie was easily the best part and I think the only issue was that there was no dressing. But a hoagie with no sauce isn’t worth $40. So now, at 7:30 I have to decide whether I drive the 15 mins back waste more time to ask for a refund. Which who knows if I will even get the $ for it. I am shocked at how bad it’s gotten because a year or so ago it was actually worth going to. So frustrating when families don’t have money to just throw away right now. This was a great way to spend my weekend ! Just upset about a meal that should’ve never been this bad. I mean do they not realize that they sent me home with burned food? So rude! I ordered food for delivery and they gave me the wrong order. I called to tell them the woman was rude acting as if it was my fault no apology.Asking why I didn’t check. Then she said the driver will be back. My order was delivered to someone else so I didn’t want it, and I’m sure the other customer would not want my order (my husband opened the box and touched some of the food it was a hodge so hard not to touch it while opening wrapper. I explained that and she said she can cancel my order again no apology and the woman had an attitude. The driver came back to give his tip back and apologized we told him keep it mistakes happen. I get a call from the woman I talked to earlier to say why I didn’t give back the food? That I just wanted a free meal! And hung up! Are you kidding me!! I will never get food...
