Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Turtle Creek

We ordered food this evening an Italian hoagie and wedges and a steak salad they didn't put my salad in the bag. We called they bickered with my husband about our order and what was missing. He drove down to pick up again. I called and asked them to replace the sandwich and fries at first said fine then when my husband went down they refused to replace the order give a refund or make any effort to remedy the situation. My husband ate his dinner cold and the salad was polluted with tiny cut green peppers very little dressing incredibly disappointing. We order from there a few times a month just pizza but I WONT be going back and wouldn't recommend unless you check your food and have alot...

I use to love their steak and cheese hoagies they were the best ten years ago or so. Turtle creek location doesn't deliver to wilmerding. Some parts litterly a half mile away... but ok.. pitcairn uses cheap steak that is gross and now the turtle creek location is using.. they use to be my favorite place to go but not anymore! So I ordered the Large 1 Topping,Whole Hoagie; Then ordered cinnastix and 2liter Pepsi. Food is Horrible, pizza tasted reheated,dry,no sauce,hoagie bread tasted old. Cinna stix barely any sugar on. Disappointed all around. My son only ate one piece n half,my daughter who loves eating just picked at her piece. I spent 30.
