Ordered white fish meal with Cole slaw and loaded baked potato. The Cole slaw had hair in it. I took it to the counter. The manager on duty did not offer an apology. She walked away as I was asking for Mac and Cheese as a courtesy for the distasteful event. She went to the back and came back with another container of coleslaw. I told her I didn't want it. I asked again for Mac and cheese. She said no I am the manager and cannot give you a premium item because it is more expensive. I said it should be a comp item because of the experience. She denied the request. I walked away from the counter very dissatisfied. Prior to that incident I had to go back to the counter and ask for the sour cream and butter for the loaded baked potato. There was no apology for the error. The customer service was very poor, especially by a manager. This was once a favorite place to dine when in this area. I was very disappointed by this encounter. Read moreI walked into this restaurant an hour before closing time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with stares and frowns from the 2 cooks in the back. I smiled and said hey they both looked at each other and stated laughing I don’t know why but I felt very uncomfortable afterwards I wanted to walk out because of that even tho it took the girl who was supposed to be at the register to come from the back a while but she was nice she greeted me and treated me with respect. My meats where hot but my side were cold. Teach your employees not to treat people that way I’m a paying customer and I love captain d’s but I felt very uncomfortable.
