This was the most unprofessional, unorganized, low-class, ratchet, violent, and toxic workplace I have ever experienced in my life and I was only here for 5-6 days at best, and that’s saying something considering I have had 6 DIFFERENT JOBS, and my last job back at home I was with for 2 YEARS!
There's ratchet highschool students that do not get fired calling the female managers b** and starting drama with employees. But, the store manager is more concerned with the pants her employees are wearing and whether they're talking to “Kenny.”
The store manager has a very nasty, disrespectful attitude. The computer that clocks you in via scanning your fingerprint did not register my fingerprint correctly, and it even gives “error with scanning fingerprint” message on the screen. I notified the store manager that she did not register my fingerprint correctly and the screen gave an error. Instead of listening to what I had to say she just rudely says “WHAT!!!!!!”. It took everything in me to not tell her off and walk out right there. I am a Computer Engineering Student at University of Alabama, so I can tell when a artificial intelligence device is not working correctly. So I had to walk around for like two days not being able to clock in or clock out correctly without a manager override, and I had to get one of the SHIFT MANAGERS to correctly register me into the system. If the store manager is too stupid of a moron and mentally disabled to work computers, then McDonalds does not need to have artificial intelligence that scans fingerprints to clock people in and go back to their previous system.
I squat 365lbs and deadlift 405lbs, and I plan to compete in Professional Bodybuilding in the future starting with the NPC, IFBB, and eventually the Arnold Classic. As you can imagine my legs are absolutely massive for my waist size. I worked at McDonald's years before and every job I had me elaborating that I cannot fit in cloth material pants was no issue. I told the store manager very politely that I asked HR workers at the Tuscaloosa McDonald's Corporate office and the Tuscaloosa McDonald's manager named “Kenny” about more options on pants other than cloth material pants and they told me it was absolutely fine. But the store manager here at 5 points immediately exploded on me saying “I’M THE STORE MANAGER HERE!!!!! KENNY DON'T RUN NOTHING HERE! WHAT YOU DOING TALKING TO HIM!?!?!? When the pants I had on were dress code...
Read moreI went to this McDonalds after placing my mobile order. I saw that the drive thru was to the street so opted to go in with the hopes of getting my medium fry (which was free) and my large sweet tea. I immediately could tell that the store was under-staffed. The young lady who was running the food was noticeably stressed but I waited patiently. After about 5 mins of me waiting and watching the young lady come from behind the counter to take one of the many staff members on break his order I got her attention and told her I had a mobile order. Her response and attitude both were rude. I laughed it off and simply asked how to go about canceling the order she very rudely told me that she didn’t know it should be in the app. Another customer who had been waiting to order asked the same girl would someone take their order and she responded rudely to her as well. At this point I’m walking out she was arguing back and forth with the customer. I called the store several times to no answer. I never received my order because I left which is fine BUT be very mindful going here at night. I go during the day and never have a problem but the night shift is rude...

I am just over this location. I avoid it when I personally pick up food, but when I order from Doordash or UberEATS, this is the location for my area. I have never not gotten all of my order. It's always missing something. This time is was two orders of fries and all of the condiments for the two 20 piece nuggets I ordered. While I appreciate the delivery services refunding portions of missing items, it's frustrating to not have enough food for my family, most specifically my three children, especially at supper time when there isn't time to fix it before their bedtime.
All I can say if you order from the drive through, check all of your food before leaving. If you get it delivered, expect something...
