A new Starbucks……. Unfortunately, at this location as countless others, you can count on the reliably rude service, inability to process simple requests, and lack of frontline service hospitality that everyone has come to know/expect as Starbucks. It is as if having a chip on your shoulder is a job prerequisite for this company. Why? Where/how do you find SO MANY of this type of baseline angry person? Can you not just hire ONE happy person? If their perception of you does not fall into their desired demographic, you can guarantee unsatisfactory service. So sad. I really hoped this location would be different. I asked an employee about an order, as to whether or not a mistake had been made, she was unapologetically condescending, for absolutely NO reason, implying my inability to read the print on the label. Read moreI’ve been to this new location around 5 times. Each time getting my order has been very slow, like 15-20 minutes. Twice they have forgot about the food in my order completely and I had to ask. Maybe they are understaffed but I’ve never seen these issues in a Starbucks. Also they have chosen not to put napkins out for customers which is super weird so you have to go bother someone working to ask for a napkin.
