McDonald's — Restaurant in Tuscola

I used to have all kinds of good things to say about this McDonald's as as of Friday May 27th my daughter has been very sick I went in there in the afternoon after 5 the french fries were like rubber the meat did not taste right and my daughter has been sick ever since somebody needs to find out what's going on I kind of think by the way they acted in the window that they may have had trouble with somebody they thought was me but was not and they gave us bad food I was even told the pool up for my food as it was not all done and it all was still the same cold rubbery so it was like they were looking for old food to put in there I do believe that they must have had problems with a lady or some thinking it was me and decided to take it out on me and my poor daughter has suffered because of these people they need to do something and find out what these people did this was wrong and this was totally disgusting I have never had a problem with this McDonald's and have gone over there several times throughout the years and I've Loved this place but this was out of place giving cold food when you have pulled me up giving me fries that are old and rubbery making my daughter sick this is ridiculous course there's no way of proving it and they get away with it but I hope Karma gets...

Some of the time they are good, others not so good and very poor. I go through about everyday and order a sausage egg mcmuffin with no muffin and it is a disgrace how many times the cooks or those that package the food, do not take pride in their job. Today, July 20th; I came through as I usually do and they gave me the "sandwich" in the regular box and the cheese was on the bottom. This happens a lot, most of the time whether iit is in the box or plastic container; and I can't figure out why you would package it that way. When the cheese is on the bottom, you can't recover most of it, so very little cheese. Make sure your employees are taking pride in their work and packaging the food correctly. I can't help it I can't have the muffin, so why punish me.....?? Let's top this all off today, your store was getting ready for a bigwig visit-is it appropriate to clean the drive thru windows when you have customers coming through and trying to get to work. He was blocking me from paying and getting my food. Maybe you should prepare sooner. I would like to see this fixed and I am a loyal customer. Breakfast food is not as good as McDonald's (without the bread) anywhere else and I enjoy the beautiful smiles and greetings from the employees in the drive...

Just came from McDonalds in Tuscola IL. It was my wife, myself, our 12 yr old Grandaughter, 9 yr old Grandson, and 20 month old Grandson. The kids told us that our 20 month Grandson liked certain chicken from Berger King and the rest of us wanted McDonalds across the street. So we drove through BK and pick up chicken for 20 month old and headed over to MD. We all orded including 2 sandwiches for my older Grandson and 2 for me. $23.00 +. The 20 month old took food from BK box and the either dropped or threw box on the floor. Not sure because we didn’t see. ( if we would have seen, we would have picked up ) Next thing I know, an employee came over, picked up the box, and rudely said to us, it’s bad enough that you bring food in here from another place..... but you don’t have to throw box out on the floor. Then rolled her eyes at us as if we weren’t worthy to be there. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. So the end of the story is we will never darken the door of McDonalds in Tuscola, Illinois thanks to the to the action of the Day Shift...
