Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Tuscumbia

After proceeding through the drive-thru I paid for my order the window was closed in my face and I was told to have a nice day never received my food. After that they came to the window with someone else's order asking me to pay for it. They had me pull forward told me they were waiting on a part of my order I watched multiple Vehicles pass through the drive-thru receiving their orders a couple of them had the same order that I had. At this point I entered the store and asked them what was going on and they said they didn't have any orders on the screen that is because they are deleting the orders from the screen before they deliver them to the customer that way they keep their times down and they forgot that I was waiting these drive-thru operators cheating the system to try and get their times knocked down should...

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo in the drive thru today for lunch, regular sized, with an unsweet tea. The chicken sandwich was ok but not great. The fries, which you think would be fresh at 11 AM, were old and greasy tasting and probably the worst fries I've ever gotten from a Jack's. The unsweet tea tasted fresh and was good but they served it to me in a cup with a dirty lid. Thank goodness it appeared to be only dirty on the outside but it was gross! The parking lot was a complete and utter disaster. There was trash everywhere, including a shoe, pieces of metal, strips of plastic, and many other items. I honestly thought I might get a flat pulling away from the drive thru. This Jack's is normally pretty good but...

We were very disappointed in the way that crew members were treated how one female employee screamed and hollered at other crew members we were traveling back to Ms from Chattanooga there was 7 of us we had to wait on food then we had to wait on pies ended up getting a refund for the pies they were suppose to be strawberry they ended up being apple it was the worst visit to a Jack's restaurant we have ever encountered we should have been refunded for our entire meals we all got chicken snacks except for two of us that got meals this was very unprofessional and we were not happy at all.
