El Buen Sabor Comida Mexicana — Restaurant in Tustin

A family friend recommended this place to cater our end of year school party and it was fabulous.

I went there for lunch to check out the food and I was sold the minute I had their chicken taco with their avocado sauce. Chicken is hard to do, it can get dry easily, bland and et cetera, but their chicken was moist and packed with flavor.

We ended up catering 5 lbs of asada, 4 lbs of al pastor and 3 lbs of chicken with a full tray of rice and chicken and BAM did not disappoint on the flavor.

I did have one miscommunication with Kari about the lbs of food (weight before and after it's cooked), but their team resolved it asap.

The service is great, the brother sister front desk is amazing, the family cooking the food is phenomenal and working with Kari was seamless.

I told the family i'd take them there for dinner soon. This is our go to spot...

Best Mexican restaurant in Tustin. Beyond happy I gave this restaurant a 2nd chance after finding out (on Yelp) that they are under new management. There’s a reason why every single review in the last 12 months (since new management has taken over) has remained at a consistent 5 stars. The food is 12/10! Real flavor much like homemade Mexican food. Their Molé Platillo was the best mole I’ve ever had at any Mexican restaurant. At 9am i order a breakfast burrito. the inly customer in the place. The lady says they out of potato for the hash browns and offers tice or beans as a replacement. I choose rice. I see a sandwich baggie of rice taken out of the microwave which I could only assume was from the day before go in my burrito. 3 people working on this burrito. 15 minutes after getting there I get the burrito. she says "be careful it's hot."
