HOLY MOLY!! These portions are H U G E!

Due to the pandemic, I have been ordering from many locations via app delivery so I have never stepped foot into Poke Town. I ordered from DoorDash since this location participated in the Dash Pass and it did not disappoint.

I ordered the medium sized poke bowl for $11.99 and added the avocado topping for only $0.75. The medium comes with 3 scoops of your desired fish as well as up to 3 sauces of your choice. I opted for the signature, ponzu, and spicy Mayo because I always like to try the house sauce. Signature was delicious and the other 2 were predictably good as well.

I just want to mention that the medium portion of fish is a LOT. Like, it would be the equivalent of a large at other poke places. For those with a lighter appetite they do have a small version for about $10 so I definitely plan to order that next time.

Used to be awesome, and my favorite place to go, because they’re right by my house. Been going to them at least once a week for the last year and would always get the same thing, but sadly I think I need to find somewhere else now.

The last two times I’ve gone, the food didn’t taste right. First time I thought it was just an off day, but the second time it was on top of the same size bowl I always get having half or less the amount of food I usually get. The bowl was basically half empty and I was still hungry after finishing it; and again, didn’t taste the same as usual. I really hope it’s just new staff or something, because I’d love to come back again, but for right now, I’m going to try finding...

Been driving to my go-to poke' spot (Poke Dot) in the Square near John Wayne airport for the past 2 years when I decided to duck into this local spot just under the 5 in Tustin. Was not disappointed. Maybe a few more protein choices than Dot, plenty of crunchies and toppings, with a more eclectic sauce selection. I trust Dot for freshness since it's a very busy, high volume restaurant. But everything at Poke Town tasted just as fresh and like I said, great sauces. The large bowl I had was delicious, and I left very satisfied. Only issue was they had canned pop due to soda dispenser was down. Very polite and attentive staff, answered my questions as i played the role of a newby....
