I've been a loyal customer of India Kitchen for years, consistently giving them 5 stars. However, after my recent experiences, I'm disgusted and changing my rating to a single, solitary star. This place has gone downhill fast, and it's clear they only care about your money, not your business or your well-being.

Let's start with the food. It's a shadow of its former self. The quality has plummeted since they got busier. They're now cutting corners left and right. I suspect they're mixing tofu with paneer in some dishes – the texture is just off. The fritters and samosas are clearly several days old, reheated multiple times, and taste like it. And the food coloring? It's outrageously strong. I wouldn't be surprised if it's beyond permissible limits. When I dared to give feedback about the excessive coloring, their response was that they were "trained" to use that much! Seriously? Trained to serve potentially harmful food? That’s not training, it’s negligence. And don't even get me started on the oil. It's clearly reused to the point of rancidity. Sometimes you can actually taste the bitterness – it's revolting.

But the food isn't even the worst part. The way they treat customers is appalling. The owner, Raj, is all smiles and sweetness when he's taking your order. But once you become a regular, the mask slips. They become dismissive and rude. They clearly don't value repeat business. I even tried to book them for a small event. They wouldn't confirm until the last minute, leaving me hanging. And when I told Raj I might have to go elsewhere if they couldn't confirm, he literally didn't care. He showed a complete disregard for my business. It’s clear they don't care about reviews or word-of-mouth. They’ve become greedy and complacent. Title: Disappointing Online Ordering Experience

On January 12th ,I attempted to place an online order with [India kitchen ], hoping to enjoy their delicious food from the comfort of my home. However, the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating.

Upon completing the online transaction, I was surprised to find that the amount was deducted from my account twice, despite the order failing to go through. Immediately, I reached out to the restaurant's customer service team who found to be the owner & the manger unfortunately to resolve the issue and request a refund.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them and assurances of a refund, I have yet to receive my money back. It's disheartening to see such lack of accountability and customer service from a restaurant I once trusted.

I understand that technical glitches can occur, but the failure to promptly rectify the situation and provide the promised refund reflects poorly on the restaurant's professionalism and integrity.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering ordering from [India kitchen ]. Until they address this issue and improve their customer service, I will be hesitant to...

I've patronized this place a few times for the all-you-can-eat, self-serve lunch buffet offering typical India fare and condiments, which is still a reasonable $9.95. Their team of attendants often bestow your table with naan and water, and remove your finished plates. I haven't experienced food poisoning; I trust a place whose staff come out of the kitchen on break to serve themselves from the same buffet we eat - that means it's not recycled! Also, most of their patrons are Indian :). Very interesting India music videos are shown sometimes. They're CLOSED a couple hrs between lunch & dinner, but you may remain seated during that time. The only drawback for me was that they stopped including lamb in the lunch buffet (now served during dinner), but still offer boney goat meat (this time it hadn't been slow-cooked enough as the meat was dark red close to the bone & too tough to easily separate).
