Oh boy, where do I even begin with my Noah NY Bagels experience in Tustin? Let's just say it was a comedy of errors that left me questioning the very fabric of the bagel universe. First things first, customer service. Or should I say, the lack thereof? It seems Noah NY Bagels is on a mission to redefine the term "short-staffed." I walked in and was greeted by a team of bewildered newbies who were clearly in dire need of some serious training. And boy, did it show. The main event: the Texas brisket. I ordered it with high hopes, envisioning a mouthwatering, meaty masterpiece. What I got, however, was a sad excuse for brisket. I'm not sure if they accidentally slipped me a homemade disaster, but the meat resembled something straight out of a horror movie. It had a peculiar resemblance to, well, let's just say it looked like the aftermath of a bad digestive day. Yikes! As if that wasn't enough, my poor girlfriend fell victim to the Avocado Adventure. She ordered a bagel with avocado, only to receive a gross guacamole spread that was more like a culinary crime scene. The bacon on her bagel was so soggy and undercooked that it left us wondering if it had taken a dip in the nearby hot tub instead of sizzling on a pan. The staff's incompetence reached impressive levels as they stared at their screens, seemingly mesmerized by the digital wonders before them. One poor soul even managed to knock out an entire order, leaving us to question who was responsible for their training. Do they even have food handling cards? It's a mystery worthy of Sherlock Holmes. If you're looking for a bagel experience that'll make you scratch your head and contemplate the mysteries of life, then Noah NY Bagels might just be the place for you. But if you prefer your bagels with a side of competence and quality, I suggest you goto East Coast Bagel on Culver Dr.

The rating is given for the last three trips in the past two months on issues with phone orders. Three phone orders were placed for 2-3 dozens bagels. Each time I asked for the bagels sliced. The first order was forgotten, I had to wait on premise for 40 minutes fir them to make the order. The second time and third time I called to confirm the bagels were ready and sliced before I drive 28 miles to pick them up. The orders were confirmed over the phone. But the bagels were not sliced when I got there 2 hrs after the order was placed. I waited another 20 minutes for them slicing the 3 dozen bagels. It was very disappointing to look at how the bagels were “sliced” or “stabbed” as shown in photos. I was given verbal confirmation and yet the orders were still not ready. How could simple orders be carried out here?

Customer service here is not good at all. I came here after noon, no line at all, not busy at all. I ordered two cold brews, one black and one with vanilla. There was two girls, one had glasses. They spent more time chattering about each other’s lives, then getting orders out. I waited and watched as they talked, walked to the back of house, and finally the girl with glasses got to make my drinks. Cold brew here is absolutely horrible, tasted very watered down. On top of that, I do not think they measure the amount of flavoring that goes in. The girl just poured the flavoring straight into my cup. It was not stirred or anything, tasted very gross when I took the first sip. I do not recommend coming here and will not be coming back myself.

Horrible service here, ordered on mobile for curbside pickup, arrived, noted on app since my order said it was ready, checked in to say I'm here. Waited 15 minutes, no employees coming out.... I have a small child with me, getting out of the car is a huge PITA, hence why I ordered breakfast with the option for curbside CONTACTLESS pickup! My box was sitting on the counter, cold food and when I asked why no one brought it out, they said they don't do that when they're busy, there were three people waiting for food, regardless, then DISABLE curbside pick up!!!!! How are we supposed to know you WON'T do curbside pickup when we ordered it that way. The staff were COLD like the food, both turned their head to not deal with me or answer my questions, only when I stood there saying, hello?? so you don't care, right? One finally turned and said our cashiers usually tell us, sorry, but it was about the most insincere apology. NOW the kicker, get home and my brunch box is missing ALL four blueberry muffins!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO they substituted with two other jalapeño bagels????? SORRY, that is NOT what my young son will eat when you replace FOUR blueberry muffins with two jalapeño cheddar bagels!!!!!!! How is this a comparable swap out???? You missed the mark on so many levels, clearly this place has horrible management and staff are UNHAPPY to work here and don't want to work...

I so wanted to give this a 5 star rating but just can't. We were so excited to see this going in to this new shopping center as we loved the Noah's up in Petaluma but became very disappointed after our 2nd visit yesterday. I first stopped on Sunday June 10th as I saw people outside eating only to learn it was for friends and family however they invited me in to try a sandwich and drink on them, so I did. The sandwich was tasty but I did not care for the tea I ordered but that was my fault for not asking how it was made. Then, on Monday June 11th, I brought my son in and quickly learned they only have bottled soda beverages for purchase and their iced tea comes from a tap so to speak and there are NO refills. For the price they charge that is ridiculous as there was nothing special about the taste of the tea. All of the surrounding bagel shops have a soda fountain and fresh brewed tea with unlimited refills. That in-itself despite the great tasting bagels will keep us from frequenting this establishment. We may stop by on occasion for a bagel to go but never to eat in as for the poor drink selection/costs. The service is beyond friendly but quite slow, understanding they are just opening so hopefully the...
