Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Tustin

I'm writing this review and I would love to hear back from the owner. Took my kids to get some lunch. Service was good Food was good. However halfway in to enjoying our food my 4 year old needed to go to the bathroom. I asked if they had bathroom's and was told they didnt. I turned and told my kids we need it to pack our food and leave so my son could use the bathroom. On our way out I noticed a sign. Which I turned and asked the cashier about it. I said I thought you didnt have bathrooms? he said well we do but the owner called today and said we should let the customers use it because they are doing something to the bathroom. I will look in to this (I'm pretty sure there is some sort of regulation about restaurants needing to offer bathrooms to their customers)and would expect the owner to call me since I was told to call the number in the receipt and that's the wrong...

We are regulars at Wienerschnitzel on El Camino in Tustin. We love their chili dogs! However, today was not such a great experience when a couple brought their cat inside the restaurant. Yes, the cat was seen and heard meowing by the staff but nothing was said or done about it. The new owners and staff members should know that California law prohibits live animals inside a food establishment (of course there are exceptions and different rules for service dogs and outdoor patios). I did say something to a staffer but she was apathetic about it, and the owner was not there. We love dogs and cats but they don't belong inside food...

Sebastian was very helpful and very professional and courteous. The food from this location was made fresh and it tasted amazing. We'll come here again #i if you are looking for that good food, good environment. Wienerschnitzel is the place to be and Sebastian rocks. You should give him a raise. And one more thing now you see her sitting there across the way she ain't got a lot to say but a fish dog in her mouth and I don't know why. And I'm dying to try a fish dog...
