Stopped accepting valid over 21 vertical ID's when "Jesse" took over. The bartender was super friendly, and the food here is good. But to acknowledge an ID that is valid, not expired, and states I'm over 21 while proceeding to still refuse service is nothing but ego driven BS from whoever "Jesse" is.

Edit: If alcohol safety is such a huge concern here that they refuse a valid ID, then bartenders need to be trained better. I have been in the restaurant industry, completed many courses including ServSafe. As well, in my 3 years of having this ID, I have never had an issue.

So why is it that this bar will actively refuse business? It's not logical, considering you're trying to make money. It's also not logical based on the fact that all you need to check for is the expiration and my birthday, two things that should be checked anyways by the bartender. That's where this has turned my accusations towards the ego of new management. It's lazy, slightly frustrating for me, and goes against the interests of not only the customer but the business as well.

Basically, you don't gotta be doing all that. I understand coming into a management position, you'll try to cover every base. But I'm certain there is training you all can find online to "certify" your bartenders for this task.

I will happily change this to a 5 star review upon the change of...

It has been called to my attention that 2nd South Market is the owner of The Tapp Room. I provided a review of my experience on their page and was informed that it should be to this page. Below is my review. - People who are not customer service oriented should not deal with customers on any level as they are rude! The Tapp House was great and the folks who are in the hospitality industry did a nice job. My issue was with someone who should be kept away from customers.

Nice place for families. The very negative nasty lady who was setting up for a graduation party that had balloons displayed YELLED at a 2yr old little boy who was drawn to them. Her remark to the Dad who corralled his child, was "Good thing you got your kid, or you would be making a trip to the balloon store". She then continued watering the outside plants and walked past me and hit me from behind with a leaking hose. I said HEY! as I got soaked and she said opps then proceed to mean mug me. Not a nice "Grandma". Family...

I was really disappointed that such a great addition to Twin Falls didn’t provide a great experience. I think that after everyone has had some time to get up and running and once there’s more food options, it’ll be a lot better. My boyfriend and I went to Rosti Xpress Saturday Night and had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. They were also out of multiple ingredients for what I ordered which left me eating pretty bland food. I think there’s definitely some kinks that need to be worked out and then this place will be amazing.

Update: I wanted to update my review after going back a second time. I got pizza, as well as sushi and it was amazing! The people running Lucy’s are incredibly friendly and provide great customer service. The food was even better. The Poke & Sushi Hut had fresh sushi at an awesome price, but they could definitely use some work on their poke bowls. They didn’t explain very well the difference in sizes and they definitely shorted my bowl on some items...

After getting groceries with my both kids, they got hungry and I choose to get quick asian food for them. So, I chose to go here because I saw they have “Fuji Express” inside, I ordered stif fry yellow noodles, spring rolls and pork steam buns. I don’t expect special at first but after the food come out and I mean look at the noodles , it looks exactly the same as asian street food looks so tempting and soo good. After that I saw some premade sushi it called “Poke&Sushi Hut” I always dissatisfied with premade sushi, it makes the sushi taste bad not fresh. Another suprise it is soo good quality sushi even the rice is cold but it still perfect, i do finish entire sushi myself lol. The both service is amazing as well. Not regretting to came here even though the parking is kind a hard and took me forever find good spot since I bring kids and it’s raining all day today. Definitely will come back with my husband he’ll absolutely love it.

Wonderful idea who's time has come in Twin Falls. The different venues available makes it easy for groups to not have the same fare... Everyone can have what they like, and if you prefer to have an alcoholic beverage with your meal, you can have that too. During peak times it can get a bit loud, but I was told in the warmer weather the roll up doors will be opened, and people can spill out onto the outdoor patio and those things together will help reduce the volume. The owner will stop and chat with you, and is quite pleasant as he is seen wiping tables, pushing in chairs and enjoying his masterpiece. Good Job to him, I know this will be a great success for him, and the restaurants inside. Oh! So, there is bbq, that serves breakfast in the morning, a coffee shop, ice cream, poke and sushi, mexican and other items that are not mexican, a pub, and pizza. All delicious looking, and the places I have tried are delicious tasting.
