01.2025 Looks like they are somehow surviving, but don’t get me wrong still taste is just awesome. I think owner and work staff (in kitchen) are from Nepal but you will get very authentic Indian taste.

We tried Chana Masala and Malabar Paratha this time. Loved it.

Sometime in 2021

What a find.

Limited Menu, flavorful preparations and attractive presentation are the uniqueness of this place. It’s just opened 2 month ago in a town where they are introducing Indian flavors for the first time.

While seating there I could see people were admiring and appreciating the taste, flavors and they way owner and chef trying to see if dishes are as per the liking or not. May be it’s a new place but if they continue doing this, it will soon become a gem.

About the food, very flavorful. We tried

Matar Paneer - it was a owners recommendation and Best one I had after a long time.

Butter Paneer - I very different and tangy taste. Uniquely flavorful.

Garlic Nan and Malabar Paratha are so good you can eat them by themselves.

Keep it up guys.

The reason that I’m rating this place low is because I was served food I was allergic to twice.

I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate a gluten free and vegan diet, and the male server said yes. I made sure he understood vegan meant no meat OR dairy. I arrived and ordered the vegan version of the mushroom tandoori that had polenta. The first dish I was served clearly had cheese on it, so I went through with the male server that cheese is not vegan, and I can’t have any dairy. He made it again and this time it had no cheese, but I asked how he made the polenta. He went back to the kitchen to ask.

A woman came out and told me that the polenta was made with cream and butter, so I could not eat it at all. I told her I stressed to the server that I was vegan. She apologized and made me a new dish very quickly.

2/3 meals I was served would have made me very ill if I had eaten it. The food was good, but food allergies need to be taken seriously at...

I was in twin falls for 4 days and I grew up eating Indian cuisine so I am difficult to please. Being a vegetarian, I thought I would try this place after a tired day. I visited multiple days and tried all Naans (Indian bread), paneer dishes and Channa masala. The food was super rich and good but I believe it is extra super rich. I think I don’t blame the restaurant as they are catering to everyone alike.

The price is nominal considering the taste and phenomenal quantity (please order after finishing as quantity is good and food is super rich) and the fact that this is not a daily eat joint for locals.

The ambience is ok and there is a old smell and is the only thing that could improve. They have dine-in and take out. What we used to do was order before we came in and it would be ready by the time we entered.

Food is piping...

I would gladly go vegetarian for this food. It's Indian with delicate, fragrant, subtle Asian-Latin fusion in the seasonings and the twists (edamame hummus). My favorite dishes are the potato and veggie samosas with three sauces (the tamarind's a perfect blend of sweet and savory) and tandoori mushrooms over creamy polenta and topped with microgreens. The curries are equally sublime, especially the Methi Chicken Curry. And the garlic naan with nice, big juicy morsels of buttery garlic and herbs! OH MY! Get there early, or you'll miss out on the popular chai. I hear the husband-wife owners are moving, opening up a new restaurant up in Ketchum (the town needs a real restaurant scene!). A new owner is from Nepal and is going to keep up the fine tradition of this two-year Twin Falls restaurant.
