Petite Creperie (2nd S Market) — Restaurant in Twin Falls

When I ordered my experience was nothing short of utterly disappointing. I ordered the "Going Bananas" crêpe, expecting a delicious blend of bananas, and brown sugar butter. Instead, I was handed a crêpe filled with apples. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but the crêpe itself was a complete disaster. I ordered to go so I did not find this out until I got home. The second berry crêpe was berry which they got correct but was even more soupy as-well.

It looked like soup—a soggy, unappetizing mess with zero structure, completely falling apart. Crêpes are supposed to be light, airy, and delicately folded, but this was an absolute catastrophe on a plate.

I have been to this crêperie three times now. The first two times I ordered to go as well in which my order was fine when I got home as I only live six minutes away. We waited over an hour, almost an hour and a half for our food. There is only two workers and we’ve been here forever just waiting for our food! I’ve never had to wait this long at any restaurant before. ever. By the time we got our food, my one-year-old was ready for a nap because we’ve been here over an hour and then when We did get our food. It was ice cold so we asked if they could re hear it in the microwave not once but twice and it was STILL cold. Another lady that had ordered, wanted her money back and they couldn’t even open it till to give her money back for a refund. She wanted a refund because she is also been waiting for over an hour and a half for her order which was only two things. The food did look amazing but the fact that it was so cold. When we ordered, the receipt didn't print. No big deal, I don't need a receipt. But then we waited 45 minutes for one order of crepes and a cinnamon roll. We checked on it after like 25 minutes and they said it'd be right out, but we watched several people who ordered after us receive their food first. When we checked again, they said that, because the printer didn't work, they didn't know what had been ordered.
