I was hung up on after talking to haylee, talked to Mary that said she would bring my order personally after waiting for an order for over two hours. Mary never did anything and I was later told that Mary denies ever talking to me. I have phone records of the numerous times of night I called to check on the order. Talked to Adrian that told me that nobody knew there was an issue with my order and said thank you for your story time on your complaint. Adrian also told me I couldn’t get a refund on my delivery order unless I went into the store tonight because they won’t refund the next day. I ordered delivery as to not have to go to the store (what if I was disabled would I not be entitled to a refund?) I have never been so harassed by staff or lied to by numerous employees all in one night. It These employees brought old cold pizza that looked like it had been sitting there for days, the cheesy bread wasn’t cut. The cinna twists didn’t have icing. I also have proof of all of the phone calls I made. I even asked for a remake of my order rather than a refund and haylee said she would send it out to my house!!! Waiting for another 30 minutes and nobody came I called again and that is when Adrian was condescending and saying thanks for the story time etc and that they show my order as cancelled!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! I paid but it shows cancelled and I can’t get a refund unless I go get the money tonight? I think the health department needs to be called you can’t send out pizzas that have been on the hot lamp for hours before the order...
Read moreThe service ridiculous, waste of money time and time again! They try pass crusts with ones that are not what you order! The cook is sloppy and there is not any quality in any of the pizzas made! Burnt Pizza, Burnt Brownies, Half the amount of sauce on boneless specialty chickens, and they ARE old and dry as heck, can hardly chew them.! This order was thrown together so quick and sloppy it was over topped with everything. I want a pizza with the right amount of sauce like I ordered, LIGHT! and Even amounts of cheese and normal amount of topping that I order! The right amount of those main ingredients are what make a PIZZA a PIZZA! anything else just RUINS IT! I did call in this time to complain, enough is enough, The Manager did make it look very edible this time and it LOOKS right....the cinnamon twists were excellent, fluffy, soft and delicious! I am Thankful at least one thing turned out right. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place....at least not with the same prep or line cook they had that time or the last few times either. The first one and the replacement, what a huge difference. The manager should be on the prep or cookline! she actually knows quality and how to do part of her job right. lol UPDATE I ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE CLOSING SAID LAURA STARTED PREPING ORDER. THEN I RECIEVED A CALL STATING THEY ARE CLOSED AND THE ORDER WOULDN'T BE FUFILLED. I ASKED SO YOUR CLOSING EARLY HUH? Read moreIt's very disappointing we have ordered from domino's for years and this is by far the worst service, we tried to to do the ordering on the app to use the points, but it wasn't working so we called to place order but couldn't use the points so don't think that's right , can't control the internet service, then to top it off we found out our order wasn't delivered, but to also learned that it's wasn't placed but they had pizzas on the counter, but how is there pizzas waiting if it wasn't in the system?? They claimed they had didn't have the trailer number, but our name is in the system and they could have called to double check the address? With business closing down because things are expensive so I would think the manager should have went above and beyond to give us actual service like allowing us to get a discount because the the system was down so it's the same as it would of using these so called points on the internet but also could have done way better service of figuring out why our order was missed up and should just re did the order with no additional charge, and also need to train there employees of taking orders, unfortunately we will no longer be ordering from here again, but it's pretty sad to see business go, but worst when there's lack of service. Not sure why I'm seeing more and more of people just not wanting to interact with people it's surly...
