We had a group of 7 people,with 4 of us being 10 or younger. They did not have large tables, so we were set at 2 different tables. This was ok since the tables were right next to each other and we could still see and talk with everyone. We ordered drinks and then 20 minutes later was able to order appetizers and dinner. 20 minutes later we got the appetizers. However, we never got any drink refills or silverware. Also, kids drinks do not come with the meals and cost an extra 3 dollars per child. Another 15 to 20 went by and we got our food. I asked the person delivering to bring us silverware and refill for our drinks. Out of 7 people, I was the only one to ever get a refill and yes we sat there for over 1 hour. Also, I was the only 1 to get silverware. We had to request more, when they brought back the 1 piece for me. So yes, with my held hanging low, we ate half of our food with our fingers because we were very hungry. However. The 10 year old could not eat his food, since they mixed up his order and the plate was so hot it left a blister. We never really saw our waitress except to order and get the check. The food did taste good. But the overall experience, I will never go back. My daughter said this is not how the service normally is. She lives in Twin Falls, I do not. So I will have to take her work for it. Our bill was well over 100 dollars, so for me, I regret the purchase and experience. Would not recommend!
