I went through the drive-thru at this location. I was given my incorrect order which was missing the dessert for my daughter. After driving 20 minutes home, my daughter realized they had messed up the order and left out her dessert. When I called the location i spoke with the manager Tim. I told him of the situation. He stated that he would replace the stuffed fudge dessert. I responded that I paid for the dessert so of course he should provide me the dessert. He stated that was all he felt he needed to do to make amends for their mistake. I explained how it would be a 20 minute drive to go back there and 20 minutes to return home. I had hoped they might replace my daughter's full meal as a gesture of good will to show their desire for my continued patronage. Tim said no way that was simply to much. He felt that all that he needed to do was replace the dessert. I once again made it clear that I was due the dessert because I paid for the dessert. He wasn't doing me any favors. He continued to be combative and arguing. He said, that happens all the time and all they do is replace the missing item. I explained that if this were happening all the time then that is a clear signal that something is wrong in their order preperation and customer service. Today: We went specifically to take advantage for the advertised .85 cent blizzards. Upon arrival I asked if they were participating (yes, but you need to have the app) and if it was for a certain size only (No, any size) so we started downloading the app and order mediums. At the window I had the app with the advertisement for the .85 offer but it would display a code they needed. The cost for 3 mediums was just under $21. The store could not figure it out and ended up giving me $5 off - still a lot more than we intended to spend. I pulled off to the side to get situated and noticed in tiny writing the app stated the size for .85 was a small. Our blizzards were more like water than ice cream, I indicating the ice cream machine likely needs some attention. All this to say, the deal advertised didn't clearly state all the requirements, the staff was not properly prepared for the promotion and our experience left me wishing we hadn't gone. Read moreI came in on a whim to grab an ice cream during a particularly horrible day. I decided to grab some food too since I was enticed by the 2 for 5 deal. Leizel (hope I’m spelling her name right) in the drive through was extremely patient while I decided. She asked questions about my order and accommodated a modification. She used suggestive selling in a way that made me feel like I was getting a good value, not being “sold” to. I asked for a pup cup, which she not only gladly obliged, but offered me a lid so it could make it home (spoiler alert: it didn’t lol) It was clear that the place was running like a well oiled machine, which is a testament to the manager Michelle. When I got my food home it was clear that is was VERY fresh and was still hot. The modification was accommodated and was perfect.
