Staff were friendly, but the order ahead feature could use tweaks to having shelf's to put completed order aheads Ive seen it with various competitors to dairy queen and It works making it better for organizing and less stress for the employees. Staff worked hard making sure customers were taken care of as well as trying to not over burden their line cooks with orders. The burgers for my online order were hot but unfortunately my pumpkin blizzard turn out more like a pumpkin soup and had a lid attached that when it was opened it leaked everywhere making a mess. There was no opening to the lid. Most shakes or cups have a hole to access what is in the cup this one didn't I decided to DIY an opening to the top making it accessible while preventing a mess. I do recommend a new lid design to the blizzards for order ahead to make it more accessible but not a mess soon as u removed the lid. Or whatever that cap was. Over all I wasn't disappointed with the service...

December 19th. Snow storm in Two Rivers. I was plowing my business and heading to Algoma to plow our location there. I stopped at DQ . I was 4th in line, and they had online orders . When it was my turn to order I simply said. I'm not picky, make whats easy . With a smile on her face she said " ill make whatever you want " . I ordered, stepped out to make a few phone calls. It seemed like just minutes and my food was ready. May appear like normal service but this young lady was by herself. Other staff didn't show up . With a smile and humor she did her job efficiently. Nice job Sabrina, way to go . You continue to put the effort in you did tonight and you will get greater opportunities. Thanks for feeding us all tonight. ...

Plenty of parking. The outside and inside of the building are nice and clean. The order taker was friendly. The food was fantastic. One thing to keep in mind though. I was just passing through town, so I'm not sure if it's the usual, but there were only two employees working. At lunchtime. On a Saturday. So if you're craving some DQ, just be prepared to wait a bit. I think it took about 20-25 minutes from walking through the door to...
