It's too bad this establishment has such great products and such sorry service in its Drive-thru pick up lane. I went there today and ordered a single dip of strawberry ice cream on a waffle cone and paid $1.72 at the first window and then drove forward to the pickup window and there was a car in front of me so naturally, I waited and waited and waited...for 10+ minutes and was still waiting and I knew I was in trouble because it was obvious the customer in front of me was one of those problem customers. Rather than the Braum's staff request this customer to move forward so they could bring out this customer's order so that I and the 8 cars behind me could pick up their respective orders, they didn't. The problem customer in front of me turned off her engine and sat there.

Enough was enough and I drove around to the front and went inside and gave my receipt to one of the employees and told him I had waited long enough, that I was leaving and I wasn't going to wait any further for my order or a refund because it shouldn't take 15+ freaking minutes to get a freaking order.

This Braum's store lost a longtime, frequent and dedicated customer over a $1.72 unfulfilled order.

Went to the drive thru today for lunch. Not only a bad experience with the food but also with the customer service that was displayed throughout the visit. I ordered 2 meals and the order was paid for with cash. Total was 20.76. We recieved out drinks promptly at the window and then was asked to move forward and they would bring it out. After a few mins a girl comes outside holding a bag and asked what I had. I explained and she went back in with the food she was hold which wasnt my order either. After 10 mins waiting in the drive thru I pulled around and walked inside. To which everyone had a deer in headlights look when I said ive been in the drive thru waiting over 10 mins for my order. The order wasnt even being made yet. I said im on lunch I cant wait 30 mins for a couple meals. Which then I said I would like to speak with the manager and was told he the one cooking. I can wait another 10 mins for food or I can have a refund. I said ok refund please. The the gentleman that was speaking with was struggling to count out the change. After roughly 20 25 mins total I left with a refund and would 10 out of 10 NOT recommend this location. Go to any of the other places in the same area and you will be in...
