I was traveling thru Tyler Tx on 09-04, wanted to try juicy hamburger restaurant, myself, my wife and daughter stopped at juicy to have dinner, we ordered 2 Cheesburgers, and 2 Chicken strips baskets, after receiving our meals, the Chicken Strips were literally burnt to a crisp, I asked one of the waitress is this the normal way that they serve the chicken strips, she replied that, she don’t ever order the strips because they are terrible, so I asked her to inform the manager that our food was burnt and too hard to eat, she went to speak with the manager and came back and told us that they could give us a coupon for something, after waiting about 15 minutes, we went to the counter and spoke with a young man that was working the cash register, and the waitress was standing there with him, I asked the waitress about the coupon, she said she will write our name on a piece of paper and we could come back at a later date and tell them our name and they would give us something, I told her that we were not from Tyler, and the young man at the cash register said, and I quote; Well we are sorry that your food was burnt, we have been very busy today. No one ever identified themselves as a manager, or not one person that was behind that counter said let me get the manager, the waitress and the cashier was the only two people that spoke with us, and they both said, We are sorry that your food was burnt. No one else said a word, they just looked at us as if too say. We got your money, So have a...

It started innocently enough—just a lunch break, just a craving, just a burger.
He walked into Jucy’s, eyes scanning the menu like it mattered, even though deep down, he already knew what he wanted. The cheeseburger. The cheeseburger. No frills, no fuss. Just a thick, perfectly seared patty, gooey cheese melting like it had somewhere to be, and a toasted bun with a soul.
The first bite? Transcendent. Time slowed. Somewhere, an angel whispered, “Damn.” He didn’t remember finishing it—just the wrapper in his hands and a sudden sense of loss, like something sacred had ended.
Later that night, he tried to eat a frozen pizza. It tasted like cardboard and broken promises.
The next morning, he attempted a breakfast sandwich. Nothing. No joy. No spark. He even tried a salad, hoping guilt might be delicious. It wasn’t.
He was ruined. Spoiled by Jucy’s. Haunted by perfection.
And so he returned, day after day, hoping to feel that first bite again. The staff started to know him. One even nodded solemnly as he ordered, as if to say, “You, too?”
Because once you’ve had Jucy’s… everything else...
Read moreLet me first off saying that the food here is ok. I been wanting to try Jucy's for a while and finally got to it. Before I went I looked up other reviews to see what's up. What caught my eye was free complement beans. None of the reviews said it's a one time thing or have as much as you want. Let me tell you now it's all the beans you want. The beans are BBQ style which was sweet with heat. For the burgers they are expensive like over 6 dollars for a cheeseburger but I got it anyway with fries which came to $9.81. When I got the burger it didn't look like a lame McDonald's burger and it was bigger but it tasted bland like they didn't put salt on it but it was ok. Oh I recommend you get the burger with Texas toast it's different it tastes a lot better. I forgot they has these little bowels for the beans which is laughable so your going to have creative on how to get more. Would I go back sure but it would not be a normal place I would go back to. I know they have a 10 dollar burger but I didn't feel like paying that much. I would give it a try once to see...
