Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tyler

The staff can be incredibly awesome at times, and sometimes horrific. Today it was unfortunately horrible, I ordered three flavored coffees described the sweetenings at least FIVE TIMES talking her through each one since she seemed forgetful(?) and she still got all of them wrong! It turned out to be the absolute worst burnt coffee we’ve ever had in our lives thus far! When she handed it to us, the milk was missing, which good thing I checked them immediately! Then later on when we drank them, NONE were sweetened, NONE were flavored either! How the hell do you get simple coffees wrong after calmly and patiently repeating the order 5ish times?!

It reminded me of another time I went there to get the Halloween witch’s marshmallow iced coffee, it was advertised as purple. When I got it, it was NOT purple, it was clearly white. I stated that to the worker (a different worker during that incident), and she GASLIGHTED ME that it was in fact PURPLE. I didn’t say anything further then but I’m not color blind, I actually happened to study color blending in COLLEGE!

I’m grateful a Dunkin’ is here, their donuts, munchkins and their sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich are delicious! But seriously, the above errors with staff wouldn’t last in a major city like NYC for...

I went there this morning to get my 9 and 13 year old some donuts, plus myself some coffee. My 9 year old wanted two donuts one for her and one for her friend and I said "sure" well the man doing our order then proceeds to make his comment "are you eating all that"? As if kids now a days aren't self conscious as is and then grown men making these comments. My 9 year old then proceeded to ask in the car "mom, am I fat"? Honestly wanted to say something and not buy anything at all but it was my daughter's birthday and she wanted a donut. So mad about the situation though and will no longer be...

So, I've tried this location a few times and it's always been just meh. However today was kind of a weird one. For one the matcha latte I order was only filled up a little more than halfway. That I don't understand, as they weren't busy or rushed. Secondly, and the main reason for this review, is that the female employee who initially came to the drive thru window was dressed inappropriately.
